What if anxiety isn't something that happened to you? It's something you got really good at. Think about how much energy goes into being anxious. The preloading, the catastrophizing, the mental rehearsals of conversations that never happens the way you rehearse them. But what if that story isn't your identity? What if it's just your most practiced habit? You didn't develop anxiety. You practiced it without knowing that was what you were doing. And when that lands, when it really lands, something loosens. Because a habit can change. An identity feels permanent. A habit is just reps. You are not your most practiced pet. Better. You are the one who gets to practice something different. Drop a 1 if you've always thought of yourself as the anxious one, or drop a 2 if something just shifted reading that. I read every comment.
