How can you craft a compelling vision? Step 1: Future Self Visualization. Picture yourself 5 years from now. You're grounded, strong, loved, respected. You've grown, you've healed, and you built. Now describe that version of you. What does this morning look like? What's this relationship look like with his kids? What's his health like? Who surrounds him? How does he move through the world? Write it all down. This becomes your emotional North Star. And then step 2: Define your 3 pillars. Break your life into 3 areas: health, Body, mind, emotional regulation. And then wealth, finances, your career, business. And finally, relationships. Your kids, your friends, your future partners. And now ask, what do I want to feel and create in each? What kind of man do I need to become to get there? This clarity leads to vision-driven goals, not ego-driven ones.
