A father spent four years fighting for custody of his child. A court evaluator recommended the child stay with the mother, which the father accepted despite doubts. The judge finally ruled in his favor, ending what he calls a torturous process that should have been resolved much sooner.
And so the judge, so finally we had a hearing.
The judge says, yeah, you're right. After 4 years, um, that she'd go into the bathroom. He says, no, you did fine on that. First suggestion, the expert evaluator was, I said, so what was I supposed to do? He said, you should have taken her into the woman's room. Now, now I'm not sure that's a bad idea, but I'm sure that's not the greatest idea.
Yeah. I agree with what you did though, because I would have done the same exact thing. I'd done the exact same thing.
But it took him 4 years to agree with it. In the meantime, I had this mother sole custody thing. It was not that she had the line.
That's nuts. So anyhow, that's crazy.
There, there were so many things that could go on. It was nuts.
