Designing a new daily rhythm. Today I'm gonna talk about rhythm. Because after divorce, your days can feel like chaos. One minute you're working, the next you're checking your phone. Then you're staring out the window wondering what the hell just happened to your life. Then it feels like you're drifting. And drifting is dangerous. The antidote is rhythm. Not perfection. Not a color-coded calendar. Just small, repeatable wins that tell your brain, We're moving forward. Here's how you build it. 1. Start your mornings on purpose. Make your bed. Drink water. Take a short walk. Doesn't matter how small. Just start with a win. 2. Journal or reflect. Write down what you're feeling. Or just answer one question: What do I need today? That 5 minutes clears mental clutter. 3. Move every day. It can be a workout. Or just pushing your body enough to sweat. Movement resets your nervous system. 4. End with gratitude. At night, write down 3 things that went right. Even on the worst days, you'll find something. Because structure heals. When your world feels like it's falling apart, a daily rhythm reminds you that not everything is broken. So don't wait for life to feel stable again. Create stability with your habits. If this video helped you, share it with a man who's drowning in chaos. This is Rebuild Dad.
