You've told yourself, "I'm calm, I'm safe, everything is fine." But your body smiles back politely and keeps scanning the room. See, you've done the work, the affirmations, the breathing, the journalism, the therapy, the podcasts, the books. You know what's happening, you know why, you understand your triggers, you can even maybe name your patterns. So why is it still happening? Why do I still react the same way? I've done everything right. I know better. Why doesn't knowing better change anything? The specific defeat of insight without change. See, because the reflex doesn't live where knowing lives. It lives somewhere below language, below the thought, in the body where repetition wrote it in. You can't think your way out of the body-level habit. You train your way out of it. They're not the same thing. And when that lands, you stop blaming yourself for knowing better and still reacting the same. You weren't failing. You were using the wrong tools. Information got you here. Reps get you out there. That's the only difference between people who change and people who understand. Today's video is the one that shows you what the reps actually look like and why they work when everything else hasn't. Link in the bio. Watch this one.
