So, I'll go back to 30 years ago, Katie, because 30 years ago I made a decision to be a CIO and I was tossing up. I walked into a garden, it's in my book actually, walked in the garden in, it's called Ryoanji in Kyoto and it's the most famous Zen garden in the world. And in this garden, there are 13 or 14 rocks that are sort of positioned strategically and you sit there and look at the rocks and contemplate life. I walked in with 3 job offers, right? And in that garden 30 years ago, I was like, Am I making the right decision here? Am I? And so back to your question, Katie, it's around, you know, back yourself because, you know, if your instincts are right, you know, try to make those right decisions. Don't do it on dollars. Do it across, you know, the whole gamut around your family, lifestyle, learning ability.
