Metrics for human risk management programs only matter if they align with your actual strategy and the behaviors you want to change. Without clear goals, dashboard numbers are just noise.
We're big on like metrics for like, you know, program metrics and vulnerability and risk reduction, but like measuring effectiveness in a human risk awareness, human risk management program, you know, how do you, how do you think they recommend, like how do organizations measure success or failure of their, their initiatives? Do metrics matter? I mean, what, I wanna get your thoughts there.
I mean, I think it's gonna come down to, you know, what, what vendor they're using, what platforms they're using. And really like what the goals are. If there's a strategy behind what they want to do with their awareness program or their HRM program, then I think metrics can be great. You know, it's just like with any, any event, any marketing event, any, anything like you want behavior change in some way. And so if you know what that behavior is and you know how to track it, then I think metrics are great. If you're just doing it because that's what's available on the dashboard and you haven't thought more about it, then throw it out, you know?
