Yeah, but what I've noticed is that when they're technical, their first instinct is immediately to go and fix it. But when you're not technical, you have to problem solve. And so I think one of the most critical skills for a BSO to have is critical thinking. Interpersonal skills are great, but you've gotta be a critical thinker. You've gotta be able to problem solve. You've gotta be able to ask the right questions to be able to drive things and get them done on time and effectively. And in, in essentially be that enabler for that business.
