So organizational change management is an easy-to-skip step, and I dealt with it in some of my IT roles as well. Like, I was in a specific role on big data and analytics, and there was a lot of change to go from the old systems and legacy data and kind of shifting to how are we going to think about data analytics differently and use the new tools and get the uptake. So it's, it's nothing unique to IT, but cyber, I think, is a whole different aspect of it because there's not only systems that you're asking your employees to use, like multifactor authentication, the technical stuff. You're also trying to shift behaviors of how they're working themselves.
