Whatever you're doing today, if you're doing the same thing 2 years from now, it's probably the wrong path. So as you do things, try to figure out how to hand that knowledge off to the next person, the next group, the next organization, so you can move on to tackle more difficult and different things. Take what you learned, but move on to the next topic. Don't be anchored by this thing that I've been doing for 2, 3, 4, 5 years over and over again. That's gonna be key to success.
