What's up everybody? My name is Adam Greenberg from Virgin Radio Montreal. I am here with Courage My Love. They are on tour with Simple Plan. How's it been going, guys?
It's been great. Awesome. Yeah, really good shows, really fun band. Cool.
So we're gonna do something a little bit unique today. We're gonna do something called the Singterview. They're gonna play their new song Stereo from their album Synesthesia, and I'm gonna ask them questions while they are singing it, and they're gonna have to improvise. And change the lyrics to answer the questions.
It's gonna be a fun time.
Yeah, absolutely. Yeah, no pressure. Do you prefer sushi or slushies?
Yeah, I like sushi, it's good in my tummy. Yeah, I like sushi a lot. Slushies are good, but slushies are also good too.
Facebook, Instagram, or MySpace?
I like Facebook. I never had a MySpace, but Facebook's pretty cool. Thanks for that question, I never really thought about it before.
Okay, synesthesia. Is there any order to the songs, or was it random?
There was an order in my head when we made it, but we just had to record them. I don't know, guys.
Okay, pretty good. There you go, Courage My Love fan page, that was for you guys. Okay, you guys were born on Halloween, right? What was a typical birthday Halloween for you guys?
Happy birthday. We'd go out, we'd get dressed up, we would get some candy, and then maybe later we'd watch some scary movie. Cool.
Finish this sentence: I've come here to kick ass and chew bubble gum.
I'm all out of bubble gum.
Oh, okay. What's the most embarrassing thing that has ever happened on stage at a show?
One time I fell off the stage. It was really awkward. I fell off the riser and the whole crowd laughed and that was kind of embarrassing. Nice!
What's the most awesome thing a fan has ever done for Courage, My Love?
One time someone gave us an Easy-Bake Oven.
Oh, that is awesome! Yeah, that's amazing! Who's who in Mario Kart?
I'm usually Peach. Nice! She's usually Toad.
Toad!
Bowser!
Bowser!
No, you're usually Toad. No, you are! I'm sorry guys, I'm getting all flustered.
Stereo, obviously for someone specific. Have they heard it on their stereo?
That's the sad thing, I don't know.
Oh, okay. Let's go to the hook. Courage My Love, everybody, in Montreal, Virgin Radio. Adam Greenberg with ya. Their new album is out, Synesthesia. They're on tour with Simple Plan. Go check them out on their socials. Courage My Love on Instagram, on everything. Put that on everything. Singerview, you heard us, we're here. Courage My Love.
