Hey, guys, welcome back. Adam here, the roof strategist, and I am joined today by none other than Jim with Roofer Marketers. Jim, so glad to have you here again. This time you get to be a guest on my channel. And last time I got to be a guest on your podcast.
Awesome, man. It was great, great having you on our podcast and great to be on yours.
Excellent. Hey, before we jump in, and today, just quick teaser, we are going to be talking about how to get seen everywhere online all the time. Now, if you guys haven't met Jim yet, I'm going to let Jim quick introduce himself and you can watch the podcast because Jim was kind enough to give me the video and it's found on our channel. Or you can find it on his roofer. It's Roofer Success podcast. Correct. Roofing Success podcast and Roofing r. Excuse me, ing. And what's the URL in case he wants to go look that up.
Roofermarketers.com podcast or you can just search it on any podcast network. Just put in Roofing, roofing or Roofing Success and it'll. It'll be right there at the top.
Awesome. Excellent. So before we jump in about how to get seen everywhere online all the time, this is a slam dunk video for owners who are looking to grow their presence. Or maybe sales guys are looking to start your own business. I just responded to two or three emails today of sales guys looking to do it. They want to know where to start, where to put their marketing dollars. So, Jim, before we jump in, you're the expert here in digital marketing for Roofer. So quick introduction, I'll leave it up to you.
Jim Alleen. I'm the co author of the book Internet Marketing for Roofing Contractors and also the co founder of Roofer Marketers, a digital marketing agency specifically built to work with roofing contractors and roofing contractors specifically. So we don't work with all contractors of all kinds. We're very niched down into the roofing industry. We understand roofing and also the host of the roofing success podcast. So like as Adam said, he was a guest on our show and would love to, love to get you to check that out. Lots of great interviews on there and the highest rated and the most listens is our episode with Adam because just the value that he provides is awesome. But I've been in the digital marketing space. I started doing web development in 2002, started doing SEO back then, and the way we did SEO was the first time I learned an SEO tactic was to write the keywords in the same color as the background of the website. I've been through the ups and downs of the digital marketing world and now we really put together a package of. We have an all encompassing marketing strategy for roofing contractors in their digital marketing efforts.
Awesome. Cool. So we're going to jump into that in a minute. But before we do and before we jump into this episode about how to get seen everywhere online all the time, I want to kind of frame this discussion before I start asking Jim some questions. Consumers these days, and I'm looking up in my bookshelf, there's a book called Positioning by. What was it? It's called the battle for your mind by Al Rise and Jack Trout. It's one of my favorite reads ever. And that book was written, I believe it was in the early 80s or late 70s. At that point they said there was something like 800 marketing impressions per person every day. Now you layer in Twitter, Facebook, social media, YouTube, YouTube ads. I mean, you can't even, you, you can't even get on a subway or drive down the street without being bombarded with marketing messages. And you have all these influencers these days, which everyone knows. Right in the roofing space and outside the roofing space that you see everywhere. And those who get the most attention, excuse me, the most impressions often keep the most attention and get people to take action. And. And in the cutthroat world or the battlefield, as I've been calling it of roofing, you have yard signs to compete with trucks, cold calling billboards, digital advertising. So it's important for roofers to win the business by being seen more often online. And this is a compliment to your offline or personal or really high touch. Marketing. The stuff that I provide in my marketing battle pack is for, you know, more for sales guys and owners looking for boots to the ground. But for owners looking to scale, now it's time to turn our attention the digital landscape. So Jim, let's jump right in to get seen everywhere all the time. You used it when we were talking about this, the word omnipresent. So talk to me a little bit about what that means. And then we're going to dive into some tactical takeaways on how roofing companies can start to build that omnipresence online. Yeah.
So being omnipresent in your market is the goal and that only attained by putting yourself out there.
Right.
That's the first step. If you don't have a yard sign in the yard, no one sees your yard sign. You don't Have a website, no one sees your website. Right. If you don't have a Facebook, you know, a Facebook following, you have to build one. If you don't, if you're not on Instagram or LinkedIn or any of these places, you need to build that. So an omnipresence approach would be how many marketing channels or places can we put our brand to generate the most attention to our company or our brand?
Which platforms? Then when you said omnipresent, you named a few, you call them platforms. Facebook's a platform.
Yeah. Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn. So in the roofing industry, the main thing is Google search, right? That's where the most eyeballs are. And that's where the eyeballs are when people are looking have a commercial intent to their to what they're looking for. So on Facebook, maybe people are in their Facebook feed, but they're not thinking about roofing. That's where you can get an impression versus an impression that leads to a phone call, a quick phone call. So let's start with Google, right? That's the behemoth in the room. Like 80 something percent of people go to Google first when searching for a home services provider. So that's where you can start your omnipresence. In that omnipresence, you have a couple of things to think about. The first thing to think about is the way that people are searching. Are they searching for information or are they searching for a company to call? Big difference there. Right. So my line is, are they searching for best color roof for a blue house? Yeah, that's an informational type query. The commercial intent behind that is not there. Right there.
Commercial intent means buying intention. Right.
There's an intention that they want to buy something. But if they type in best roofers in Denver, there's a strong commercial intent that they're looking to hire a roofing company. When there is commercial intent behind that. When there's commercial intent behind that search query, Google displays the search engine results page in a very specific way. In the roofing industry, it's the three local service ads at the top. The Google guaranteed ads.
Yeah.
Right below that are the Google Ads or the Google pay per click ads. There's two of them right now. Two or three below that is the map with three to four companies listed below the map. If there's a fourth, it's an ad that's being run through the Google Ads. And then there are the websites that Google feels are most relevant to that search query below that. Right. So those are the sections, those are Your opportunities. So there's five opportunities to be seen to generate an impression and to generate a lead for your business on that homepage of Google.
Yeah. And one great thing, by the way, for roofing companies that are watching this, Google roofing contractor and then your city, and you're gonna see where your competitors rank up. Because when it comes to omnipresence and impressions, you know, I have a marketing and sales background and I know that even some of these. And I'll keep the names out because I don't want to butcher them. One of the review platforms, the bigger companies, their primary customer acquisition strategy was cold email. And I think they mentioned it was around 28 cold emails on average before they'd acquire customer. 28.
28.
Okay. That's a lot of impressions, a lot of inbox delivery. So imagine if you search your name on your phone, you know, so and so roofing company Denver, or roofing contractor Denver, Austin, San Antonio, wherever you're at, if you're showing up on an ad and in the map and in the local listings and a website that's without a customer even looking at anything, there's this association with credibility.
Credibility.
Hey, credibility. Trustworthy. Established. Legitimate. I'm more inclined to take action. Right. Would you agree?
Exactly. And that's our initial goal, is to have you in as many places as possible as much as possible. You're not going to. It's very difficult to be in the local service ads every time. In the ads every time, in the map every time and in the websites every time section every time. Because there's a lot of factors that go into that and that's all technical Google algorithmic stuff. There's only three ads. Right. So are you paying for that ad? Well, they rotate those ads. So maybe you're not in it on that specific search query. Right. When that person searches. So there's a lot of things that go along with that, but the goal is try to be in as many as possible. And that gives the impression like as you're saying, this is a way for that million dollar roofing contractor, million and a half dollar roofing contractor to look bigger than the 15, 20 million dollar guy in your area.
Yep. Right.
Why are you in all of these places? How are you showing up everywhere I look? And then what we do with that traffic that gets generated from that is if somebody does click on your website or through an ad, then we do remarketing and retargeting ads. And for the listeners out there, those are just those ads that follow you around You've seen it before. You went to Amazon, you search for a product, you go over to espn and boom, there's that product. You go check the weather. Boom, there's that product. You go check Facebook. Boom, that's in your Facebook feed. Why are these people following me? So that creates another level of that omnipresence. Right now you're getting another impression in front of those people.
Yep. And to piggyback on that, there's different words for those omnipresent ads. Retarget, retargeting, remarketing. And those can be done both on Google and on Facebook. And the really cool thing is all it is, it's a very simple setup without getting into the tech. But in a nutshell, if someone visits your site, they're gonna see you and see more of you and see more of you and see more of you. So let's say you paid for an ad placement on Google and they click, but they don't call or they don't fill out the form. You're still gonna follow up. Right. And all of a sudden they're like, oh, man, they're everywhere. I see them everywhere. And I've had the opportunity to screen calls, which I'm sure you have to, because your service, all those calls are recorded. Right. So now for training, you can say, hey, the admin or office manager is handling them. Not the best way we could tweak this, which is awesome. And I only know that because you and I talked and we both geeked out on the importance of how to field inbound calls. But you'll find if they don't take that action, maybe down the road they will. And they'll be like, I've seen you everywhere. You're like, great, I am everywhere for you.
And it's a very important. It's very important to that trust factor.
Right.
They keep seeing you and keep seeing.
You and keep seeing you.
And so that's kind of the way that it goes on Google. Right. Those are your opportunities, and that's the way it goes down there. Now, the other place to establish your omnipresence, and some of those retargeting and remarketing ads get ran, as you mentioned, on Facebook and Instagram and things like that. But now we could talk about into the social media aspect of it, of generating that omnipresence. It's another place to find an impression. So Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn and a lot of people ignore. Some of those. Are the tv. You can create essentially the TV commercials of the modern day. On Facebook and Instagram when people are scrolling through their feed. And being a business owner, you may have to put some paid ads spend behind the content that you create to get the impressions on social media right now because the organic reach has really diminished. But it's well worth it to do that because it gets you another impression and another impression and they just see you everywhere and everywhere and everywhere. And that omnipresence builds trust.
Yep. And on that note, teaser, we are doing a two part. So after this, Jim and I are going to be doing another video on best and lead, best and worst lead sources in terms of where to spend your money, why, how to measure it, all those details which often go overlooked. So if you are interested in ad spend and putting some money behind some of this stuff, do watch the next one, this second part of this because it will save you very expensive mistakes. Believe me, we've been down that road. We've all been down that road. Right. It's what brought us here. So before we segue into Facebook and that omnipresence, I want to wrap up Google for a second. Okay. So with Google, the key takeaways are this focus on your website, get in the local listing which is called your. On the map is your Google my business listing. Correct. That needs to be set up properly. Yep. And touched on that a little bit in a previous video. And let's see what was. Where's the other one? We have our paid listings and then you have your, your local, your ranking. So it'll be the SEO, meaning if you're gonna show up on search terms like best roofing company, Dallas, Texas. And then what am I missing? Is there another one? That was it the local.
Yep. Google local service ads, which have been a big disruptor this year.
And that's new, right? They.
They're new in the last year and a half. Yeah.
Which in, in this world is new and what's really cool. So one thing that Jim mentioned in terms of like there's all these crazy tech factors that frankly I don't quite understand, but I know that they're there. I was doing it on site with a client. I was in Houston and I've been talking with them for a while, working with them for a while on their digital marketing efforts. So I have my phone handy. That's what I'm looking at. Not looking at any text, don't worry. And I pop up and I'm doing searches on my phone here in Colorado and the results that are shown are so different. So I'm out to lunch and I searched their company name and I was like, oh my heavens. Their competitors showing up right above them because that local search. So what you'll see in those listings, and it's real small, it says what is it sponsored or something? It's a sponsored or ad. They might just say ad. But what's cool is it looks natural because it just like it's right there and it's one of the highest ROI pieces. So anyway, Google and if you need help, like reach out. By the way, I don't get anything for saying this. I'm connecting people that I believe in. Talk to Jim if you guys want help and find someone who gets the space, gets the niche, understands the unique qualities and needs for a local service provider, specifically a roofer, and understands the sales cycle. Right. It's different than a dentist or any other. Oh, we specialize in local. Yes people. There are some common needs. But someone who gets the roofing business and understands the sales cycle is really important. So that's just to wrap up Google. Now on to Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter. What are some things that owners can do or would be inexpensive to offload to build that omnipresence be seen everywhere, all the time on social.
So the first thing that we focus on in omnipresence as our agency, if any of you look at our Instagram, our Facebooks, our LinkedIn accounts, all of these types of things, we are putting out an enormous amount of content, right? It's an enormous amount of content. But that content, there are ways to maximize your opportunities there and minimize your work that go. The work that goes into it. So as we talked about, it's an impression, right? So it's an impression. First of all, it's an impression on Facebook. You have to. Right now you're going to probably have to put ad spend behind that to get the homeowners in your area to see your company. But putting together a series of videos that speak to the questions that those homeowners have, it's a very simple process and answer the questions that you get most often.
Simple, simple, powerful concept that so many people. I look at Facebook pages of roofers and it's like free inspection, free inspection. And it's just sales. It's like dial back. So when people do that, because I had an on site with another client, they flew out here, they're big into video. They did some really impressive stuff with video as well. And you know, I took a look at it, I was like, it needs one thing it did really well was it was Personal. So let me take a breather. When you put stuff out there, Jim, would you agree, like personal stuff about the people in the company and how they help is powerful.
Powerful.
Even if it's you on the roof doing a selfie video like, hey, I'm doing an inspection. You'll never believe this. It could be funny, guys. We've all found some weird stuff on a roof. You know, who hasn't? You see adjusters walk down with bullets, you know, that got lodged from a fourth of July party. Some kids old toy that stuck in the gutter, you know, have fun with it. Entertainment is still important because it shows that you're human and people want to buy from people they know like and trust. At sales 101. Sales 101, create that. You know, that way it's kind of brainless content. It's not like I have to write this big blog on the difference between a three tab and dimensional shingle. No. Tell your office manager happy birthday publicly with a picture of the team.
You know, easy stuff. Yeah.
No one cares about the new truck. I mean, I know people put it up. Look at our new truck and it is neat. You know, it shows that you're growing and you're professional. But more, more personal than that could be like, you know, the person driving it, like, hey, meet so and so that way the truck and that personal feels there. But it's really about the sales guy or the production manager inside. Sorry, I got off on a rant about.
That's right, you had a good one there about the roof inspections. I just talked to a company on the east coast that they have filmed all of their roof inspections for I don't know how long here. But they have. They told me they have a thousand roof inspections filmed.
It's crazy.
But they haven't put it out. I'm like, to me, I'm like, you guys have like the most. You guys could create so much like take that and chop it up and make it into. So that's part of what we're talking about is you can take content that you create. You can start with small pieces of content and create larger pieces of content. So maybe you answer the five most common asked questions about metal and then you could take each of those and that's one small bit of content. But then you could put them together and that's one large piece of content. So different places that you could put it. You could put that piece of content on your website. You could put the small bits going out on social media. And one thing that people overlook is that you can recycle your content. You don't have to put out the same a new post 365 days a year or 10 new posts 365 days a year. It's okay to recycle the content that you've already created.
Especially if it did well.
Especially if it did well. If you can measure the success of these pieces of content, then you can put that out multiple times, Especially if you're doing it through paid advertising and putting some paid ad spend behind it, because you can then target different audiences with it. You could do a lot of fun stuff, but you don't have to recreate it every time. And I know it gets overwhelming to people on the social media thing. Gets overwhelming to people. How should I post? What should I post? How should I post? How many times should I post? It's very overwhelming. The simplest thing to do is answer questions that you get most often. Show fun things like you're talking about if you're up on a roof and you find it, you know, find a bullet or, you know, different things like that. Fun little things like that, that, that, that are unusual and would get people's attention. That's a post. That's a post. But now let's talk about how to develop omnipresence, maybe, maybe more, more specifically for a. Let's use commercial roofing for an example, right?
Yeah.
If you're a commercial roofer or a commercial roof salesman, however that works. And you are creating content around commercial roofing. Now, you could take that content and go to Facebook and LinkedIn and places like that and connect with the people that you feel need your services. So, look, connect with all the property managers you know in the area. Connect with building owners, builders, you know, all of these different types of people that are your target audience. You go out, you follow them on Instagram, if they're on Instagram, you connect with them on Facebook. If you can connect with them there, you connect with them on LinkedIn. And then by putting this content out, you're putting impressions, you're getting impression share to those very, very specific people.
That's brilliant that you're targeting, right?
They're easy pickings on the B2B side, right? Everybody, most people have a LinkedIn profile or, you know, an Instagram profile, things like that. So, you know, on the B2C market, it's a little bit more difficult. It takes, you know, you're not going to find a lot of those. You don't, you don't know which people on LinkedIn, are homeowners or not. But if you do work for, you know, for home builders, if that's part of your business model that you do work for home builders, go and find those home builders on LinkedIn, on Facebook, on, you know, on Instagram, and essentially force them to know who you are.
Jim, that's brilliant. And so many people, that's like the hottest thing. I always get questions, commercial, commercial, commercial. Because everyone wants to whale hunt everyone. And using, you know, I teach so much on door to door and personal sales that this digital landscape has changed so much. People using LinkedIn, you go look up, you can even do a search like property managers, property management companies, apartment complexes, whatever it is on LinkedIn, find the names, cross reference them on Facebook and then you can use the scripts. By the way, I'm gonna do a soft plug for my marketing battle pack because I just did a huge expansion on it and I'm super stoked to release it, which will be coming. Hopefully by the time it's actually comes live, it'll be available. But you can click the link in the description, take a look. But I have cold calling scripts in there and you can swipe some of those to do similar things by swiping, literally copy paste to do outreach. Because then when you reach out to them, all you're doing is starting a conversation. And so many people try to get so salesy with those direct messages on LinkedIn or Facebook, they're like, hey, can I come out and take a look? It's like, dude, pump the brakes. You just need to start a conversation. Which is what I teach in my Ace the Pitch video and all my door knocking. It's about starting a conversation. So if you're doing that tactic and you've made these impressions and you're posting content now, it's so easy for you. Because now there's a level of familiarity and recognition that if you do reach out with a conversation starter using a strong hook, then, boom. Now your omnipresence just basically primed you and they were your rah rah crowd before you even got there.
And for the person that wouldn't take your call right now, all of a sudden they see you more and more and more. And then when you call them two months later, they might take that call.
Yeah, the impressions matter so much. I told this story like a hundred times and I'm going to tell it again. Lonnie, shout out to you. Lonnie. Lonnie was one of our best salesmen. Funny enough, I think I started Selling a little after him. We were both struggling salesmen with little to no training and made a world for ourselves. And Lonnie penetrated this neighborhood. And I forget the numbers. I'm going to butcher. It was like 40 or 60 homes in six blocks in like eight weeks. He blew it up. I swear it was like a billboard of our company. And he would go back to all those people that said no and be. Basically be like, do you believe me now? He got no like seven times until he flipped him into yes. Because at some point, omnipresence, the impressions of yard sign, yard sign, yard sign, crew. Every day his truck was circling the neighborhood. I mean, he basically became the city contractor. And he kept getting no's and yeses. So this omnipresence thing we're talking about for owners, you got to do something with it. And I know it's overwhelming time wise. So you either need to do one of two things. One, hire an outside agency like Jim, or two, find someone in your office who can either work with Jim or do it on their own. Because consistency is key. Homeowners research you. If they see you seven times on Google, next time they're on Facebook, they might click through to your page. And if they see that last time you updated it was 2016, it doesn't look good. Which is funny because you can go to my page right now on Facebook and it's going to say, I don't do this. Go to YouTube. By the way, that's a personal choice. I'm in a different market and I want people on YouTube because that's where I like to hang out, not Facebook. So anyway, that's all right. I'm the exception to the rule.
I'm promoting you on Facebook. I have posts about our. I have all kinds of posts about from our podcast episode going out on Facebook and Instagram and Twitter and LinkedIn. So you're all over the place, Adam. You didn't even know it.
I didn't. I love it.
You're getting impressions.
I am getting impressions. And I see like, oh, so and so has viewed your, your YouTube or your Facebook page for the roof strategist. And I literally, it's like you can go there. It has a pinned post. I do that because I want the discussions in one rich place, which is here. But no, as a roofer. And again, don't overcomplicate it like actionable items. Bring your phone. Don't think, what do I post? Just make it personal. You know, people put up on their Instagram story. Imagine your Facebook Page, like your Instagram story, you're like, oh, that's cool. Like, boom. Just put stuff out there to give people the feel like it, like working with you. And I forget where I just heard this. I was just doing like geek out and marketing stuff. I think it was. Oh, man. It was either maybe the Hidden Brain podcast or one of Mike Dillard's podcasts, or I love marketing one of those because those are on my rotation. They talked about how authenticity is like the key driver for decisions that people make to work with companies. They want a personal feel. They don't want to work with the Walmart's of the world, the faceless brands, right? They want to work with people, people to have relationships, they have service that's memorable. So if you create that presence online. And by the way, sales guys watching this, you can do the same thing. Like, I just talked to a sales guy this morning. Chaz is his name. And Chaz was like, hey, dude, check out my page. And it was really sharp what he did. Like he basically piggybacked off the brand of the company and then put his name behind it. So he's building his entire own social media presence that way. And I thought it was really, really sharp. And I've seen people use their personal pages, connect with their homeowners and customers, right? So that way they're seeing all your stuff and you can ask for referrals. And now your Facebook turns into a business page. So don't overthink it, you know, just do it. Or hire someone who can either do it or instruct you on how to do it. That's right.
And it work, it does work for the salesperson and the company. It's a little bit, you know, different strategy. As a salesperson, you're not going to rank on Google, right? It's not going to be the main thing, but. But there are so many opportunities to do that and make sure that your company is doing the right thing, right? Say, hey, let me film a couple of videos and I get the leads from when people call in. And on those videos, say, hey, it's Chaz. Make sure when you call in, you ask for Chaz. You know, another things that are good are bio videos, right? So if you could put together a nice bio video of yourself as a salesperson, you know, when you're going, before you get to that appointment, shoot a quick email with that bio of yourself over to that person. Get, let them get to know you a little bit before you interact with them. They'll be so much More comfortable with you by the time you get to their door.
All right, this was completely unplanned, but I'm doing another plug. So one of the things that I just added to the battle pack, my marketing battle pack is a lot of emails that I never, never put in there. And I decided to. And the reason is when you set an appointment. So it's basically customer updates via email. And it is such a rich way to one, set clear expectations so they know what's coming. So you don't lose deals because people jump ship when they don't know what's going on or you left them too long. Number two, it provides excellent service and number three, they ask for referrals and it's after giving value, provide value, ask for something in return. So there's an email in there that is an appointment confirmation and it basically is positioned around just so you know who's showing up at the door. I'll be there. This is what you can expect during the appointment. And inside that, which we did at some point as we included custom video. So if you can, as a salesperson or an owner film, put those videos. Now again, you talked about recycling. That same video can be used on Facebook every like quarter, every few months. Then you can send it in the email like, hey, you know, introduce yourself. Here's my video. This is my face. You know, he'll be at the door. You look like a freaking hero out of the gate. And customers love it. And that way that first impression is out the door, no pun intended for when you show up. And it's a lay down deal. So anyway, just wanted to again, anytime you can take that content and repurpose.
It, the repurposing of the content is something to really, really think about everyone. Because that's the. You don't, it's not just create it once. Create content that you can use multiple times over and multiple times over in many different channels in every way possible. You know, make one video and make that into, you know, have it, have it being repurposed in 10 different ways through, through your, you know, through your sales process, through your, you know, through your website, through everything. It's super important.
And don't, don't overthink it. Like, you know, I know everyone wants to be super sharp and professional, but people are buying the authenticity. It doesn't matter if it's rough cuts, it doesn't matter if you stutter, it doesn't matter if you do 10 takes. Like just put it out there because. And I'll use Oh, by the other. The other thing on that authenticity is vulnerability. Right. People like seeing who you really are. Not the stage presence version all the time. And it actually drives sales. You know, you look at my channel, I don't have an intro, I don't have an outro. I film. I feel me, you guys, I share my stories, I share my battle wounds. Like, this is my, this is my office. You're sitting in my office watching Jim and I have a conversation. This was done in one take. I don't edit things. Not a good use of my time. Some point I probably will have someone do it, but for now it just works, right? And the channel is growing because of the value, not because I have some cool slide intro and animations and things which, yeah, they look sharp. You'll probably see videos in the future like that. But that's my point, is not the selling point. The selling point is what's inside. Right. Not the pizzazz.
Yeah. Let people get to know you.
Yeah, it's pretty simple. So, Jim, any closing remarks before we wrap it up?
Become omnipresent in your market?
Yes.
Here's really a closing remark. It's something that I've been thinking about a lot lately and it's the phrase, if you have faith in the outcome, you will execute.
I like that. That's so true. That goes into like sales goal planning, income planning. You have faith in it. You have a clear vision of where you want to be. It's going to come to life.
If you don't believe it, you won't make that video. You won't put that post up. You won't try to rank on Google, you won't try to run pay per click advertising. If you don't have faith in the outcome, you will not execute. When you have faith in the outcome, you will execute. And maybe some of that takes education in a lot of these ways to make yourself more knowledgeable about all of the aspects of this stuff. If it does take the time, watch Adam's channel, watch our content, watch all the. You can learn so much about all of this on YouTube and Google search and everywhere these days. Learn it. Figure out what you want to do and execute.
Yep. I love it. And that's so well said. Reminds me of Stephen Covey's book which I referenced in another video. The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People. Begin with the end in mind. Same concept, right? Vision where you want to be and you will make it happen. Jim, thank you so much for joining me for this. This has been super fun for anyone who is watching?
