My name is Adam Bensman, the roof strategist, and we're in the Denver area today checking out some homes that are getting installed from the recent hail storms. You notice the house behind me does not have a yard sign in the yard. Now, this is the biggest mistake that you can make during an install. You've already got the customer. People notice the production driving down the street. Let's get the phone to ring. So how do we have the customer keep that yard sign in the yard? Now, here's three simple tricks that you can use to help that customer keep the yard sign in the yard. Remember, it's got to bring value to them. So first and foremost helps the crew and supplier identify which home to show up at. Second thing it does is it keeps other contractors from knocking on your door. And the third thing it does is it makes sure that if the neighbors have any issues or have any questions, they won't bug you. They're going to give us a call. So next time you run an install, make sure to get that yard sign staked and deliver those three messages. You'll be sure to keep that yard sign up there and the phone ringing. That's all we got for this week. We'll see you guys around.
