Use this simple messaging tweak to get into more conversations. And if you want my training on how to crush it in the DMs, just send me this emoji. Once you've thanked somebody for following you, hit them with either a spear or this or that question. Spear meaning short, personal expecting a response. For example, what's your main fitness goal in 2024? An example of the this or that approach could be this. What do you feel you need more help with nutrition or training? Go test both of these options over the next week, find out which one wins, and go all in on that. And if you want to know what to say to them once they do respond, just send me that emoj.
