This is a YouTube video titled "Daily hack to get shit done ☑️" created in October 2024. The content features a single speaker explaining Oliver Berkman's "three three three method" for productivity, which involves dividing the day into three hours of deep work, three maintenance activities, and three life activities to improve focus and consistency in business tasks.
Here's the exact method that I use to get shit done. And if you're struggling to create content, check into clients, reply to DMs and every other thing that you know you need to do in your business. Make sure you save this video. Once you've done that, let's get into it. This is Oliver Berkman's three three three method. Three hours per day should be spent on doing deep work first thing in the morning. Deep work would be client check ins, creating content, program improvements and so on. Once that's done, you move on to three maintenance activities, client catch up calls, sales calls, one to one with your team. Anything that's time sensitive but not truly deep work that's going to grow the business. And finally you move on to three life activities. This could be reading, going to the gym, cooking, cleaning. You get it. Since breaking my day down into these three themes, shit gets done more consistently. You're not lazy, you just need a system. So go save this video and then implement the 333 method tomorrow.
