Three ways to cut no-shows on sales calls: limit how many you schedule per day, send voice notes to confirm, and test your booking process yourself. For coaches and sales pros trying to close more deals.
Follow these three tips and never have a no show again. The third step is the most important one. Go and head to your calendar and go and make sure that people can't schedule more than four days in advance. People booking any longer than four days out rarely show up to the call. 2. Send a voice note 12 to 24 hours before the call. Hey Sarah, super excited for our call at 2 o' clock this afternoon. You should have been emailed a zoom link. Just hit that at the time of the call and then you'll jump straight to my meeting room. This helps to reduce any anxiety or intimidation that maybe they have going into the call. The third and final tip? Go in into a test booking on your own calendar system. You'll be surprised at how many sales you have lost from a prospect. Simply not knowing where to go, not receiving the confirmation emails or the zoom link. If you follow these three tips, you will not sit there staring at yourself like on zoom again. And if you're feeling nice, maybe go share this video and let's save our fellow coaches.
