Most coaches have no idea about this client result hack and once you implement it you will never coach without it. Go to your check in form and go and add a field to the check in form. That is called time to goal. Each week your client is going to fill in how many weeks left until they hit their next short term goal. This works really well for clients that have a long term really big goal that they need to achieve because it breaks things down into six to 12 week milestones. On top of that you can use this countdown method to excite clients between training phases like diet, break aches, muscle growth phases, things like that. Running these backward countdowns means that a your clients are more fired up and working towards an urgency based goal and b they're engaged for longer because they know that some novelty is around the corner.
