A coach explains how to set financial goals that actually work. Use incremental targets with deadlines, avoid getting comfortable, and work with someone who keeps you honest about raising prices and client numbers.
Every time you hit one, set the next one, attach a time frame to it. Either a time frame or like an outcome, like a materialistic purchase or a holiday or whatever it may be. And then chase it down and then reward yourself when you hit it. Otherwise you just end up like, why would you put. When you start hitting those numbers where you're comfortable? And we'll come to this later. Subconsciously, you just end up sort of coasting a little bit and self sabotaging and just sort of playing it safe and not taking yourself out your comfort zone, not attacking the same tenacity that you used to. So make sure you keep just resetting financial goals. Like, work on it with your coach, you know, your ot. Such in a circle coach, like, put it in the channel. Like, this is what I want to chase down. Is this a big enough goal? Am I playing it too safe? Am I being too ambitious? We'll be honest. Let's break it down timeframe wise. How many clients you need to get there? Do you need to change your pricing to make it happen faster? So let's get into the habit of doing this.
