This is a YouTube video titled "PT transitioning to online tips 💡" containing a monologue or talk from November 29, 2024, providing advice for personal trainers on managing their schedules and transitioning from in-person sessions to online coaching. The speaker discusses time management strategies to balance client sessions and content production.
If you're a successful PT and you're doing 25 30, 40 sessions a week, it's tough. You try them building your online on the side of it. You start to become like a victim of your own success. You get busier and busier. Check in, days get longer. How do I make that transition financially? The obvious elephant in the room is time. This is how my typical calendar looked when I was on the gym floor PTing. I gave myself the rule that from Tuesdays and Thursdays 12pm I wouldn't take any more PT clients on so this would become my online coaching sort of content production time. Second step was I then completely removed Ch Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday. Another model that you could do is you just say to yourself from 2pm Monday to Friday I just don't take on any clients. I'll just do clients up until 2pm and I'll have every evening to myself whichever way you want to do it.
