This is a YouTube video titled "WATCH this if you’re fed up of your clients not FOLLOWING what you say? 🙅🏻♂️" containing a motivational monologue from February 16, 2025. The speaker addresses coaches frustrated with clients who do not follow their guidance, emphasizing the importance of leading by example and demonstrating noteworthy achievements to gain authority and client loyalty.
Are you fed up of your clients not following what you say? Coming up with excuses, missing check ins, or worse, quitting coaching with you early? If so, they're not looking at you as an authority. They don't think that you are the coach to get them to their long term goals. So what's the fix? Stop looking like you work in an office and go do something noteworthy that blows their mind. When it comes to your own training, whether that's a photo shoot, a marathon, a hyrox, an ironman, you can disagree with me and instead go listen to the mentors that tell you that it doesn't matter what shape you're in if that makes you feel good. But the reason that my clients stayed with me for five years and got insane results themselves is because I walked the walk. Your clients want to be led, but they won't follow somebody that's at or below their level.
