Five HRnetGroup employees reflect on their work as the company marks 30 years. They describe building supportive teams, managing relationships across recruiters and clients, designing better systems, and seeing real impact on people's lives. The company has expanded its technology and reach across Asia.

It means focusing on the people, nurturing an environment where my team members can come to me anytime and know that I'm always there to support them.
For me, it's taking care of a lot of people, from everyone who recruits first to the long-term clients we service and the candidates that we place.
For me, it's creating systems and processes that make everybody's lives easier.
For me, it's knowing that the work I do is truly important because it impacts people's lives and businesses.
30 years on, we are far bigger, faster, and stronger. From the technology backbone that's integral to the business, to new workflows that improve and speed up processes whilst we relentlessly pursue opportunities for growth across new sectors and geographies. There's constant evolution to create an even brighter future for all our stakeholders. And that's the exciting thing. We are only just beginning to positively impact the hundreds, thousands, and millions across Asia, across the world. There's so much more we'll do together.
