Open-minded to different opportunities that you may come across. And reflecting back on my own personal experience, I realized all of this started for me when I was a student back in college, where I was involved in several student organizations. And interestingly enough, there are parallels to running a student organization and of course the business world. And for my professional career, I take a similar approach. Whenever there is a new task or even a new project that I may not be familiar with, you know, I might initially think, oh, maybe I don't know how to do this, maybe this isn't something that I'm comfortable in doing. But once again, I would think, okay, well, why not? It really adds notches to your skill sets so that one experience can accumulate into other experiences, and that also accumulates over time. So in the end, that initial experience may help you later down the road. So once again, my advice will be to really be open-minded and to think, why not? Happy International Women's Day to all the beautiful, bold, and capable women out there, and thank you so much.
