Hi everyone, this is Ruby from HRNetOne Hong Kong branch. I'm the Key Account Manager for regional fashion supply chain function, which includes apparel, footwear, and fashion accessories. Function-wise, the team is covering product development to production, sourcing to technical, and even sustainability and logistics topics. Basically, our team hunts talents that are specialized in processes from product concept onwards until the precious item arrived at the store or at your on the other hand. HRNetOne was actually my first attempt in recruitment, and it lasts for almost 8 years now. I'm so happy to be with the team and our clients every step of the way. Along the years, we have handled setup, headcount relocations, expansion, and many more transformation and mapping projects. Our segment has always been facing market pressure on material costs, aging workforce, loss of technical talents, etc. We are very proud to share a few things that have kept us on the front foot. Consulting and supply chain is a very technical and specialized sector, yet also widely spread across Asia. We commit all our regional customers that they will be getting the benefit of consistent assessment from the same consulting team, no matter which part of the world that the position is located at. The same consulting team has vast exposure in global market intelligence by speaking to candidates from different regions. Hence, our evaluation and assessment level is beyond local and in-country recruiters. As an initiative for fostering global vendor partnership. We once supported a global leading fashion group on a pioneer concept to set up a lean manufacturing function for 4 global directors based in Asia, Africa, and Europe. Recently, the team is also helping 3 international brands to set up raw materials, technical design, and sustainability functions in Asia. Do have a chat with us to find out more of what we can offer to you on regional talent planning.
