Originally from Taiwan, she moved to Japan to pursue an MBA at Waseda University in 2010. After graduating, she joined HRnetOne in 2013 and has spent the past ten years supporting clients across all sectors with HR searches. Over that period she has interacted with more than 2,000 bilingual HR professionals, gaining deep insight into the Japanese HR talent landscape. Her primary focus is on senior‑level roles—Head of HR, Senior HR Business Partner, and heads of functional HR functions—within foreign‑affiliated and Japanese global companies. Susie emphasizes building long‑term partnerships and invites career‑oriented HR professionals at any level to contact her for information, networking, or recruitment inquiries.

I am originally from Taiwan and came to Japan to study MBA in Waseda University in 2010.
