Meet Our Leader | Catherine Peng from HRnetOne Hong Kong

Hi, my name is Catherine, and I am the Managing Consultant and Regional Key Account Director with HRNetGroup. Based out of our Hong Kong office, I spread my time across Hong Kong, mainland China, Singapore, and the rest of the region. I'm currently leading the regional healthcare and life science practice, as well as some of the top key accounts within the group across various sectors such as sourcing, industrial, and consumer. This is the 16th year for me in the recruitment industry, and HRNetOne is where it all started. I joined as a regional consultant for executive search and group to team leading as well as key account management roles throughout the years. I've also personally delivered searches for senior-level roles, including APAC president, general managers, and regional functional heads. To me, HRNetOne is an organization that not only provides clients with full-range professional HR services such as executive search, project-based outsourcing, talent mapping and pipelining, and outplacement, our unique key account approach and robust engagement structure also gives clients visibility in the entire process and enables clients to make informed decisions at all times. We also train our consultants to give candidates real career counseling to make sure that they are making the right move and also adjusting well and be successful after joining the clients through our very own Heartbeat system for at least 6 months.
