She helped a pharmaceutical firm fill 32 of 34 positions in two years and strengthened a platform company's leadership team to market-leader status. Hi, I'm, I'm Kate. I joined HRNetOne in 2004. From my base in Taipei, I lead key client engagement activities and senior executive searches in 3 sectors, namely healthcare, consumer, and industrial. Over the years, together with our respective practices, we supported our clients grow their presence. For example, a global pharma company, they filled 32 out of 34 headcounts with us in the first 2 years they started. We have also partnered our clients to strengthen their organization. For example, a global platform company where with a strengthened leadership team is now market leader. Till today, I remain grateful to be in this role, a role that not only bridges talents and organizations, it is also a role where we advise using data and we counsel from our heart.
