Hi, I'm Tara, Senior Leader in HRNetOne Taiwan. I'm heading consumer sector, which including FMCG, luxury retail, and digital platforms. This is actually my 11th year in HRNetOne. I've been very grateful to be in this organization to build trust with our key clients, with my team. We're specialized in mid to senior search and providing our key clients with best talent solutions. Throughout these 11 years, some of our key accounts, partnership with them throughout ups and downs together with our methodology and strong engagement with the markets. Some of our clients, we have been helping them since 2015. We're helping them in commercial function transformation and then to enabling functions. Now even extended our partnership to other regions across APAC. Post-COVID-19 years, we have been also helping digital platform transformation with many of our key clients. These accounts who have been partnering with, with us, now they are number one in their respective sectors. That is what we have been feeling very honored and proud with. In HRNetOne, we believe in PQR: Professionalism, Quality, Responsive, and Superior Project Management to provide the most suitable talent insight solution to our clients. Me and myself and my team are growing and learning together with our clients. And we truly believe that this professionalism has been extended through a trustworthy friendship.
