Yeah, where I start, Akeel, really is the mindset of preparing your company for an exit, not even necessarily knowing which one you'll take, but there is a certain pathway and a mindset that comes with organizing yourself. You know, as an example, if you're a founder and you're used to making all your own decisions, acting without oversight, without having an audit, without having the complexities of governance, that takes an adjustment. And so, you know, I like to kind of think about the pathway to getting ready for an exit strategy. It's like any other journey. Maybe you want to look at a merger acquisition or some type of a strategic partnership. You know, those all require a lot of the same aspects of governance and preparation as if you were looking at an exit strategy of preparing for an IPO.
