The early signals that there was a bigger problem we could solve came from the type of requests we kept hearing from businesses, from business users through customer support and direct feedback. They weren't just asking for a better way to turn their PDFs into flipbooks. They gave us signals like they wanted stronger brand control, more security and privacy options, richer interactivity. They wanted tracking analytics for the document and the ability to create content directly inside Flipsnack rather than just uploading static PDFs. So these requests have shown us that the flipbook itself wasn't really the problem that they were trying to solve. They weren't coming to us just for the page flip effect. So businesses were looking for a better way to create, manage, share, and control digital content. At that point, we realized that there was a much bigger opportunity beyond PDF conversion. And that's the point when it started shaping the direction of the platform more into the more, more into the like business area.
