And one thing that drove me crazy being in a larger enterprise, if I'm allowed to say it, is that they can solve problems by throwing money at a problem. But there are so many organizations that we can't do that. We need to solve for it, and we need to be creative, and we need to sit in a room with a whiteboard sometimes, and old school, like, what are some possibilities here? Drive and willingness to constantly improve is something that I wish for more large organizations to work through, to have that. Like, I know there isn't, there isn't more dollars in this bucket, this pocket. Right. to pull out to fix this problem? Like, how do we organically work through this? That, but to me, that's the energy and the excitement and the fun part of figuring it out. Because when you do figure it out as a team, not only you as a team, have you completely built an incredible team that can create some good efficiencies, and that builds like bonds, long-term health in terms of the work culture, but you've also solved a problem, and you've done it without the money, because then the money does come, and it is that creative process.
