You know what I can describe personal growth feels like? 'Cause you always see these, like a lot of like mental health content has become popular, right? Right. Nothing wrong with it, but it's a lot of like, oh, you should treat yourself well, take good care of yourself, take yourself out for a massage. But that's not what personal growth feels like. Growth feels like, imagine you just over— you went on a shopping spree, you've bought all these things that you wanted and you're not paying attention to how much does it cost 'cause you're just, you know, reacting impulsively buying everything. Personal growth feels like that moment where you get the bill in the mail. You're like, ooh, I don't wanna open that. Bill, that's what personal growth feels like, is how willing are you to look at what's inside of you? Ooh, like, I don't want to look at my insecurity. Ooh, I don't want to look at my, you know, limiting beliefs. I don't want to look at my trauma. I don't want to look at whatever it is. The courage to look at that. Are you giving yourself time to do it? If you don't do this, you're just going to stay busy, and at some point you will get burnt out.
