Alex I love to write, but I have no professional writing experience. Who would want to hire me? So I get this question a lot and it is not what you think. So when I was the creative director at mindvalley, they would actually look to hire fresh writing talent people who had no formal writing experience. Sometimes it's actually easier to train fresh talent in your voice, your tone, your cadence and how you do copywriting than it is to hire someone who's more set in their ways with more experience. Of course there are a lot of brands and businesses out there who are looking for someone with more experience. But if you are a fresh writer with zero experience, trust me, there are still companies out there who will hire you. What's more important important than being an experienced writer is taking feedback well, showing up with a positive attitude and be willing to learn and improve as you go. Trust me, that will take you a long, long way and all the other skills you can learn.
