Three ways to build trust with an audience: show what makes your content different, not just more of it; use personal emails and DMs instead of automation; and design experiences that save people time. Context beats volume.

There are three touch points of trust that are the only ways that we can create trust with our audience. The first is of course, the content we create. Of course ChatGPT can create a whole bunch of content for you at the touch of a finger. Content is now cheap. It is dirt cheap, basically free. Anybody can create content. So what I'm focusing on is less content and more context. What are we doing that's different and special and how can we show our audiences that? The second, the second thing that I'm focusing on is my communications. These are how we talk to our customers, our emails, our DMs, our conversations one to one. We need to focus less on automation and more on connection, like geotexting. Every single one of us before this event. And so what I'm doing in my business is I'm doubling down on me, on my personal brand, on what makes me different than everybody else out there who's teaching the same freaking shit that I am. And the third thing is on our consumption or our consumer experience experiences. So I look at my business and I go, okay, nobody needs more content. I'm not going to stack more value, bro. What I'm going to do is instead of stacking value, I'm asking how can I save my audience more time so that I can get them results faster than anybody else? And that is how you build trust today.
