Welcome to the Biz to Biz Podcast, your number one source for all business news.
Hello everybody, welcome to B2B Vault, the Biz to Biz Podcast sponsored by Nationwide Payment Systems and our new product NPS One, the smart invoicing platform. And today we have a great guest coming on to the show, Noah Fitzgerald from Credible, spelled with a Q. And we're going to have a really cool discussion about compliance because I think that compliance is going to be a really big thing in our— in, in the industry for bus— if you own a business, if you sell merchant services, if you're thinking, you know, if you're just in the business in general, lawyers that are in our business, anybody that you, you know, and especially merchants, I think, need to pay attention to this podcast because we're going to be delving in about CBD, peptides, and nutraceuticals and other products. And I think the product that Noah has is going to be super helpful to business owners and to merchant acquirers in the near future. So welcome to the show, Noah. Allen, it's been—
it's a pleasure to be on, man. I appreciate you having me on board.
Where are you guys located?
Well, Credible is actually based in Cherry Hill, New Jersey. I personally am in Greenville, South Carolina.
Okay. And you've been in the payment space for how long?
Well, let's not do the math and hurt me too bad, but I started in the industry in 1992 working with Nabanco, which was part of First Data, which is It was actually Chase Merchant Services, then it became Chase Merchant Services, then Paymentech. And then I did some work with Worldpay and Vantiv, irrespective, before they merged, before really going on my entrepreneurial endeavors. I've been a part of over 14 different startups in the fintech space, both in the US and Canada. I got with you, Allen. I was one of the first certified payment professionals from the ETA in 2011 class. And yeah, I've been just a very passionate advocate for payment, paytech, and fintech since, you know, even before the internet was of age.
So, you know, me and Noah connected on LinkedIn. I always like it when I meet people on LinkedIn. And we started, you know, he said, oh, you got to check out my product. And I said, okay, let's check it out, have a discussion. Yeah. And, you know, this is a needed product in our industry because, you know, we go to board a, you know, I'll do the commercial for him.
Yeah.
You're a CBD merchant, right? And you want to get approved and now you got hundreds of CBD items on your website. Okay. And I know tons of merchants like this and then all the COAs need to be on your site. And then we send your application to the credit card processor, and then you wonder why it takes so long for you to get approved. Okay, because literally the credit card processor, even if you send them a file dump, right, of all your COAs, there is some person sitting there looking at your website and then looking at that. Then there's another person looking at the wording on your site. There's all kinds of stuff going on. It can take, it can take quite, you know, it can take a week or two. Sometimes it takes weeks because, you know, even if they're using something like G2 Scanner or these other like scanning products, those products are not super— they can go look for something specific, but they don't have like compliance stuff. Noah showed me what he had and I was like, wow, my mind was blown.
Yeah.
So compliance isn't sexy. I mean, you know, it's funny, we were having a podcast and, you know, here, you know, here you and I are, you know, been in the payments processing space collectively for a long, long time. And, you know, we're really about B2B and converting revenue and making revenue. That's what this is about, you know. And, you know, as I was going through my journey, And I run into this experience of trying to board a business that was carrying some Farm Bill approved hemp products and trying to get a merchant account for that person, you know, was a very aggravating process because number one, they didn't have their stuff together. Number two, the processor was kind of up and down and giving me bits and pieces of what was necessary for to get them up through the approval. So it was a back and forth battle for almost 8 weeks to try to get them to approve. Then they got finally approved, to find out 2 weeks later that the underwriter didn't actually do a complete review of every single COA and had since reviewed and said, nope, we have to suspend your account because these 2 products have COAs that we need to get updates on. And so it's— and I'm like going, this is what I do. I look for areas where there's gaps in the industry where automation can fill and plug a hole. And I go, there is an opportunity to actually create revenue, not only for myself, but for merchants, for the payment processors, for the banks, for the card brands. And compliance is not a sexy term. No one really wants to deal with it. But if you're selling products that have compliance requirements, whether it be firearms, tobacco, alcohol, food, CBD, hemp, kratom, adult dating, gaming, you are in a compliance business. Your business is compliance. It's not something— these products are just an after component of the compliance that you have to manage. So, you know, I was introduced to the CEO of Credible, Brian Fitzpatrick. No relation. Fitzgerald, Fitzpatrick, we're Irish brothers. But yeah. And, you know, as soon as I kind of understood exactly what Credible was doing, just like you, Allen Kopelman, my mind was blown. I'm like going, this is the missing link to enabling both businesses, payment processors, and banks to close the loop so that now we can actually operate these businesses and get them onboarded quickly, efficiently, and not only onboarded, but make sure that they're maintained and sustainable. And, you know, we all know, you know, anytime there's an interruption in revenue from a merchant, you know, let's, let's face it, merchant processing is a great business and you're in it because there's recurring revenue. You get a merchant signed up and best case scenario, you don't have to talk to them for years. You know, worst case scenario is every, every other month or every quarter there is some compliance or some underwriting issue that shows up. Now you have to go back and fight fires with the merchant, consulting with them and helping them navigate through this stuff. And they're going, why is it— why do I have to keep doing this? And that's what Credible is really helping to solve.

Yeah, and it's important because, you know, merchants want to get approved quickly, right? Everybody wants that. And then, you know, as a, you know, not— and I get frustrated sometimes when I'll get— I'll be— I'll get an application in for a merchant, they're selling CBD hemp And then we go, okay, um, we start looking through their website and we're like, hey, you're missing— you have like 50, 60 products, you have 100 products, half of them don't have COAs. And they're like, oh, you know, what do I need that for? Yeah, well, you need, you need this, you, you have to have it. This is the requirement from Visa and MasterCard, and it It gets merchants frustrated. Maybe they gave it to their website person, the website person didn't do what they were supposed to do, things like that. And, you know, and nobody else— I've never seen any other product. And, you know, we even talked about LegitScript, right? Yeah. What do they do? And I have a merchant now who's frustrated with LegitScript, and I said, well, I can't— I can only help you if you apply for the merchant account, right? Then we have a guy on our team at the processor where we place most of these places, we have a couple that take them. So if you don't have LegitScript, we have a certain place that we send those to. Sure. And they have a guy on staff that will go through your site because LegitScript, one of the things they don't do, they just go, your site is not compliant.
Yeah.
They don't give you answers. What I like what Noah's doing is it scans your whole site. They find the deficiencies and then they tell the merchant and whoever brought it to them, whether it's the credit card processor or the agent, hey, this is what's wrong with the website. And then everybody can get to work and fix those, fix those problems.
That's a great point. I mean, there's other products like, you know, even LegitScript, you know, arguably LegitScript is a point-in-time compliance reference, right? So they've done a scan at one point and say, you've got an issue. They don't give you the details of what the issue is. You just kind of have to figure it out and you figure it out, you reapply and you get the certification. But that's one place in time. What happens when that merchant adds products, you know, the next week or the week following? Now they're outta compliance again, or they've changed their website and added new marketing content and now it's, now it's not compliant anymore. So what our technology enables business merchants to do in particular, is be able to do that complete audit, but doing it constantly every single month. Anytime they want to add a product, they just put the COA into our MyCOA product. For, for web developers, it's really simple plugin. All those COAs, instead of putting them in Dropbox and into, or Google Drive or something like that, you put them into our product called MyCOA. MyCOA at that point digitizes the record and you can actually connect it via your, the manufacturer of the product or the lab that's actually produced the lab report. To make sure that it's more secured. But now once it's in that MyCOA, we are scanning it to ensure that it's meeting the banking requirements. So if it fails because the expiration date is wrong or the THC level is not correct or it's outside of scope, it tells you right there and then. So before you even put the product on your website, so you can not get yourself into a position. And in doing that, not only is the merchant able to stay ahead of the compliance issues. All of that information is now available by retail ISOs, by the wholesale ISO, by the bank, by the card brands, because it's an ecosystem. It's not a black box gotcha model where it's the payment processor that's running G2 or running some other system, or they're just manually reviewing it and finding an issue and saying, "Oh, we got you." Now it's a complete transparency, so the merchant knows exactly what's going on. We like to call it fire prevention. Instead of firefighting.
Yeah, because firefighting is so hard. I mean, I think I told you this story, like all of a sudden, like a week ago, the DEA cracks down on this Kratom 7OH. Yeah. And the next thing you know, I'm getting emails from 4 different credit card processors. Hey, this guy, a whole list of stuff. This guy, a whole list, you know. Then the merchants yelling at me on the phone. I'm like, I said, we've, you know, the DEA put something on the list. You can't sell it.
All right.
Don't take it off your website. They're just going to close your merchant account or worse, they're going to put you on the match list. You know, that's right.
That's worse. Absolutely.
And the other thing is, is, you know, you know, other products too, like you guys are working with Nutra products too, right?
Absolutely.
Nutra, you know, I get it, man. People want to make sales and they want to put hundreds of products up on a website.. And it is super difficult, like, to— for the acquirer to sit there and they got to go through each product.
And then make sure there's no silly claims like this is going to cure everything. And, you know, you're going to have the healthiest lifestyle in the world by taking this pill. You know, those things are— those are where, you know, compliance starts creeping in. And, you know, and this is why it's challenging for merchants because they don't know the rules. And, you know, and the banks change the rules constantly based upon the Fed and the states changing the rules constantly. So how can a business owner, an operator that is, you know, basically just there trying to hustle products, be also a full-on compliance expert and stay on top of all this stuff? And that's really what our technology is doing on behalf of them. It's kind of like a compliance person, you know, more of an operator. You still need to have a compliance advisor in your business, obviously, but We take care of the heavy lifting, all of the document management, all of the notifications of any changes of rule sets. If you need to, like in the example that you gave around the Kratom 7OH products, you know, there was a mass exodus from a lot of banks saying we're now stopping 7OH products. And, you know, how are they doing that? Well, they're just going and blanketing everybody. And how do they find those products? Well, they have to manually go through COAs or go through websites to see if the merchant has those types of products on the website. If they find them after they've sent a notification to them, what happens? We're going to hold funds until you remove that product. So that can all be eliminated and keep the revenue flowing and keep it sustainable for everyone, because now everyone has the availability to see what's going on.
Yeah, it's super important because, you know, we're in this age where, you know, new products come onto the market Right. And then, you know, the, the, the, you have the FDA. I always say, you know, the 3 alphabets, whenever you're in this like high-risk area of consume, you know, things people can eat, edible, consumable product, right? You have like the DEA, the FDA, the FTC. He's got these 3.
USDA.
Yeah, yeah, the USDA. You have, you know, but mainly like people don't understand and I explain them, I go, You have the FTC. They're looking at your wording. They're looking at your advertising. You know, the FDA looks at the product. You know, where is it manufactured? Who's manufacturing this product? Is that an approved facility? And many times we'll get Nutri Merchants and we're like, okay, where is this made? I don't want to tell you. Okay, well, we can't get you a merchant account. Like, you got to cough up the paperwork on that. This is made at an FDA-approved facility, and they, and they can show, they can give you whatever, a document. And they also have the documents of all their product that's been inspected. So even if it contains some, you know, peptide in it, right, the bank's going to let you sell the peptide because it's been FDA inspected. Yeah, there's a little bit of it in a pill, right?
Sure.
Yeah. But if you're selling a bottle of that That's a whole nother story. Yeah, yeah, two different things. And that's what people don't understand. They go, oh, I see, you know, uh, they go, oh, you walk into whatever, a gas station, or you go into CVS and they're selling CBD. Sure, that's like a minute amount of their sales, but when you're only selling that, then there's a spotlight on what you're selling.
Yeah, and that spotlight is, is really difficult to manage, um, and but you're absolutely right. I mean I think one of the bigger, I think what's really gonna be a tipping point for really this entire industry is the hemp-infused or THC-infused beverage industry. You know, these are products, if you're not already aware of them, if you're not a consumer of them already, these are products that are now hitting the masses through grocery stores, through liquor stores, restaurants, event venues, bars, nightclubs. I mean, veterinarians are now selling, you know, infused beverages, CBD beverages for pets. Like, I mean, it's, it's getting, it's getting kind of nutty. But, you know, I'm a big believer in these products versus the alcohol equivalent. And I think consumers are now demanding these types of products as well. The challenge is, is that these are all compliant. These are all products that have various types of compliance oversights on them, like you said, from the FDA, FTC, and what have you. So, and there's also at a state-by-state level, some products are legally sold and some aren't.
Right.
Some have packaging requirements, bottling requirements that are much more stringent than other states. So you have to manage all these because if you don't manage to that state, now you're selling an illegal product. And not only will that compromise your payment processing account, your insurance, your, your insurance provider services, your financial institution, but now you're breaking the state law and you will have state enforcement agencies come and knocking on your door and potentially shutting down your business. Putting you in jail or even in fines and penalties and all kinds of craziness. So, you know, if you're selling these products, you are in a compliance business. And although it's not sexy, it's not fun, you know, our job and what we are really working to do is to help alleviate this, the level of stress, the level of anxiety, and give you tool sets that actually allow you to do this with automation. So you don't have— you basically, it's like the Ron, old Ronco pitch. Set it and forget it. Like, you just use this tool, put it, put your, put your, uh, products into it, and just let it eat it. Everything else will be kind of taken care of for you.
We've gotten notices before from the credit card process. One was several years ago, a guy had a restaurant, and he decided he was going to sprinkle hemp on all the food like parsley.
Oh yeah, yeah, for sure.
And, uh, The next thing you know, like, I, I didn't even have an alert. I just see like an article pop up in my app and it's like, oh, restaurant owner, uh, and chef and staff arrested serving marijuana at a restaurant. And I'm like, what? I opened the article, I started looking at it, I'm like, oh man, this is a client of ours.
Oh.
And I don't know what the heck the guy is doing, right, doing this. And apparently there were kids eating in the restaurant and they're sprinkling it on everything. And, uh, you know, boom, the next thing you know, the cops roll in. You know, somebody told somebody and the cops rolled in there. Nothing happened to them in the long run, but, you know, they had to sign a whole assetation with the bank, otherwise they were—
right, you shut down your business.
Yeah. And the other thing is, is people will post stuff like on their website, like, don't call your business— if you have a smoke shop, don't call it The Dispensary. I just gotta— I'm like, we're not—
red flag, red flag.
So I'm like, yeah, we can apply and we could call it The D and see what the bank says. And, you know, we need you to take pictures and video inside so they can see all your products and see if they'll approve it. And, you know, you have to remember, or put on the front of your website, oh, we now serve THC-infused beverages That's going to, you know, if a credit card processor finds that, they're going to flip out because really it's not THC-infused beverage, even though it is, but it isn't because it's the legal, the legal amount.
Sure.
We had another guy, they were putting drops of, of CBD in drinks and they got, they got closed down by the cops on a Saturday. Saturday at like 7 o'clock at night, they got raided because somebody went in there. Somebody got— I don't know if someone was arrested for driving impaired or whatever, but they found out they were putting CBD in the drinks. And then a whole thing came up, and the merchant was, you know, the bank was like, what's going on with this guy? And then we told them, we were like, well, you don't know what you're doing as far as like dosing goes.
Right? Yeah.
Yeah.
That's a very valid point.
How much do I weigh versus somebody else weighs? How many drops are going in there?
Is there alcohol?
Yeah.
And they don't even know the, you know, effects long-term. But, you know, listen, you know, I'm a big believer in these products and—
No, no, the canned beverages and the, and the, you know, the canned beverage and the bottled beverages.
They're controlled.
It's all measured. So you can give that to somebody, but you can't make your own beverages.
Yeah, I mean, you can just don't, just don't be promoting that. I mean, you know, there's, there's, you know, even the food, food side of things, like, you know, in California, I know that there's a lot of restaurants that will sell, you know, THC-infused foods and butters and things of that nature. And I'm a big proponent for that. You know, I'm a big proponent for peptides and for alkaloids and, and for other types of products that get people off of pharmaceuticals, off of, you know, off of, you know, prescription drugs, um, even alcohol. I mean, there's, there's healthier alternatives, and these are— the problem is that, you know, and I'm hoping that this is a wave of, of, you know, these new products as the consumers adopt them and really start to challenge the mainstream pharmaceuticals and the mainstream alcohol brands, that this is the path forward. And because, you know, at the end of the day, the lobbyists from Big Pharma, from big— from alcohol, these businesses are going to constantly be pushing against these alternative options, even though these alternative options, in my, in my belief, are— can be far more beneficial and far better integrity around them. But at the same time, there are rules in this real world that we live in. You've got to play by the rules. So to your point, Allen, if you're really just out there being silly with your marketing, you're going to get caught, you're going to get shut down. And with, you know, unfortunately, that's the benefit and drawback to our toolset as banks and payment processors and the car brands are using our technology. They're now more easily able to find those outliers and those guys that are doing things in the not right way. And so there's a right way and a wrong way to operate these businesses. And doing that, if you're trying to hide in the gray area, good luck. That gray area will— is not going to be as gray for much longer. It's way easier with today's technology to find those out, those types of businesses. If you're in, if you're in these industries and want to be a good operator, You need to be utilizing technology that helps you better manage to that so you can actually have that sustainability and don't get knocked on the door, raided by these, by these types of operations.

And the thing is that a lot of times I'll talk to people, I'm like, they're like, oh, how did the bank find that? I'm like, do you actually think like AI, like we've been messing around with AI in my office for probably close to 3 years. Sure. I was invited as an early adopter to OpenAI, and so I started to really dive into it and learn how to use it, you know, and as a tester. And, you know, when, when you start to look at that, you go, man, people really start diving into this AI, and they can go through, you know, they can go through a website that's thousands of pages Oh, go find stuff and just in a few minutes. I mean, oh yeah, I literally involved in something with my city and I took like all these document sets that I got from them and then literally each one of them was 150 to 200 pages each. I'd upload them one by one by one and, you know, now the OpenAI is not storing any documents that you upload.
I know, I know. Yeah.
They were, but they stopped.
Stopped doing that.
Yes, they stopped doing it. And so you can't just upload it and they go, oh, well, you uploaded that copy. So you have to, you have to, you know, you have to do the right, you have to do the, do it the right way. But the thing is, is with AI, everything's happening faster. The processors are using AI. Yeah, the banks are using AI. The Visa and MasterCard are experimenting a ton with AI. We read all the time about how they're looking at it to use it for fraud, for this, for that. And you know, there's— I think that the merchants who— let's just, let's just compare this. You come to me, you're at— you're running telemedicine, you're going to sell whatever, the Ozempic or Viagra, whatever it is you're going to sell. Boom, you have the stamp for LegitScripts. Banks will just— they don't even— they'll literally like look at your website, do a GPT scan on it, and make sure OFAC, all your basic compliance KYC is in place.
And right, boom, you're dynamite.
And I'm hoping that with like Noah's product, I'm going to— you know, we've been in discussions with a few of our clients. We're like, hey, you know, maybe this is something you should think about because let's sit down and talk about it. Set up a meeting because, you know, even though you're processing now, you want to stay compliant and be able to grow your business to do hundreds of thousands or millions or whatever it is. And the people who are compliant are going to be able to do that a lot faster than people who aren't compliant. And then, you know, it's just going to become mandatory, just like LegitScript is mandatory. That's right. It'll, it'll become— man, I hope for your product, you guys, it becomes a mandatory thing for some of the banks.
Yeah, that's what we're, that's what we're talking to banks and the car brands about. And we're doing something very similar to LegitScript and, and offering what we call the Q certification. So you get your, your business, the marketing, your products and your COAs all Q verified at that. As soon as you got that verification, which is not just a point in time, it's an ongoing thing. You get your certification. Once you have that certification, you bring that certification to any processor, any insurance provider, any financial institution, and you have your entire audited compliance package for all of your products, all your COAs, all of your, your business or your licensing. All of the details are there at that point, done and audited. It's now hand that over. That part's way— it's all already done. So everyone else loves that from the payment processor side. From the agent side, from the banking side, and you still have to go through very general OFAC, PEP, watchlist, KYC items in your financial risk analysis. But all the compliance risk is done. So that is absolutely the goal, is to get to that point where, you know, with, with banks and processors and the car brands, you know, you get this Q certification, you got your approval. Now, because it's not just a single point in time, it's an ongoing thing. This is where we are setting ourselves really apart from the, from the Driscolls of the world, because now it's, you know, you can fall out of compliance if you've made some changes to your website or somebody's written a review on your, on one of your products and said it's cured my COVID and cured cancer. You know, that can't be on your review site. You have to go and find those, get those pulled out, and we will help you. We'll find those for you and say, this is, this review that you just had, you're going to have to either reword this or pull it out from your review set because it's a violation to the FTC requirements and guidelines.
Yeah, so I hope— I don't know if Google's gonna listen to that. They don't remove any reviews at all. Like, you have to—
no, it's reword them, but you know, they don't want to review.
But if it's a review, it stays there. They don't— we've had— we had somebody go in and type a review like in a whole nother language. You know who the person is, right? Yes, we're to rebuttal. I'm doing—
we don't— I know, it's not—
or you're not a customer.
Yeah, and to your point, the AI side of You know, what our founders had actually built at a very early stage back in 2008, 2009, some of the first machine learning and AI toolsets that were ever used. They, at that point, they were in the residential mortgage and lending area and what they were doing, and they built a technology that would basically taking these 700-page mortgage loan files and essentially automate the entire onboarding and underwriting process for banks. So this is post-2008 crash, but unfortunately, if it would have been a little bit sooner, might have helped prevent that. But, uh, you know, the AI technology is still being used. That same technology is being used in 85% of loan mortgages today, and the same founders are basically taking that same concept and now applying it to, you know, the hemp and the kratom and the peptides and the nutraceuticals and all these other regulated product industries. So, you know, we've been playing with AI and machine learning, advanced machine learning, robotic process automation for, you know, almost 20 years now. And one of the first companies to actually bring this technology into a business case outside of IBM Watson and what they were doing long, long before.
So, yeah, it's a really interesting It's, it's really interesting because businesses need a better, you know, they, they get— I get frustrated when I get somebody and they come to me and they go, I've applied for 20 places and nobody can get me a merchant account. And because they just go and apply everywhere, and then the processors, I think, have got to the point where they get somebody that come a website that comes in and there's a lot of items on there. When they find the very first mistake, they just go, forget it.
Nope. Yeah, absolutely.
And then you go to the next person, but nobody tells you what's wrong.
No.
Even the most simple thing, like I had a client recently and I'm like, you know why you're being declined, right? And the guy goes, no, no one's told me. He was declined by 5 processors. You have no privacy policy, no terms, no FDA disclosure, no refund. No, you don't have a cancellation button on your site. You don't have your name, address, and telephone number and email address. You don't have— and then your checkout page, you don't have checkboxes for certain things so that you don't have your car brand logos.
You don't have this. And, and that's, that's everything that our software will actually look for. Make sure it's a secured website. Make sure you got contact information, all 3 forms of contact information, privacy policy, return policy, shipping policy, you know, all of it. Make sure that it's all there. So there's no more guesswork. Like if, you know, we go through our audit, we will tell you, you're missing this, you're missing this. And we actually show you the evidence of, you know, this is what we captured. We captured your contact information. Here's your phone number and email, but you need your address. Here's, we don't see a privacy policy. There's no link for it. There's no context that has anything to do with privacy policy. Uh, same thing with the checkout pages. Like it, we're finding all of those those misses so that they can get that done prior to throwing it out there to the masses. Because you're absolutely right. Once underwriters take a look at a website, they just— and it's usually a pre-vet— they'll look at it and go, you know, they have 157 items. That's going to take us 3 weeks to go through every single COA. And they're doing $15,000 a month in sales. The juice is not worth the squeeze here. No. But if you have everything in order and everything's already there and it's already been validated and it's already been been checked, they're going to absolutely greenlight that right through.
So if I brought you a merchant today, they go, they get scanned, everything's passed, boom. Then we go send it over to one of— we talked, we work with a couple of the banks already who are on board with you guys and testing. So does the merchant like give them a login to the underwriter, like go in there and create a user account for them?
That's correct, exactly. So it's— there's a— we mon— it's— there's a Who Monitors Us button. So you can actually invite who you want to actually monitor your information, and you can select what information. So obviously from the COA side, they see everything, you know, whether or not those products are active or not. You identify, you define which products are active, which ones are not. If— and the process are going to still perform a website scan. You know, if you've already done the scan, they've already seen it, they— and it's already been validated through us. They're using our technology as well. It's, it's done. You know what they would be doing, you've already done. And there's evidence and proof of that. So it just zips it right through the line.
This is, this is what's going to change high-risk merchant processing.
Amen.
We're partnering with, with Credible. And anytime somebody comes to me, I'm going to be going, okay, let's set up the call. Boom, boom, boom. Get this thing done and get your site where it's compliant. And then we're going to send your application through., and you're gonna just sail through just like the guys who get that of LegitScript.
Amen.
Because the banks are going to start, you know, after a while they're going to start trusting it more, and they're— you're gonna not be— they're not going to be on your back. You're not going to get these things, stop selling this, stop selling. You're already going to know, you're going to remove it, they're going to see that it's removed from sale. Yep. And this is like super important. People who want to grow their business, you can you can reach out to me and I can make an introduction, but you also go to Noah's website with a Q, qredible.com. You can find Noah Fitzgerald also on LinkedIn, find me on LinkedIn. And I want to thank Noah for joining us on the podcast today. I really think as far as high-risk merchant services that this could really change the game. For, you know, CBD, hemp, Nutra, kratom, peptides, and a host of other products you were talking about, infused beverages, all of that. And this way merchants are going to have proof. Even if you're a restaurant, you would have proof these are legitimate products we're serving at our restaurant, right? And not have processors breathing down your neck. Because nobody wants that, you know. And as these things start to grow, you know, especially you were talking about the beverage industry, right? Now it's so expensive to move the beverages. Now companies are making it region, you know, like in-state, so they don't have to like ship it all over.
That's right.
You know, there's more and more beverage manufacturers now. I see them popping up everywhere. Everywhere.
It's nuts. And yeah, and yeah, Allen, I really appreciate you having me on, and, and, uh, you know, your, your understanding about what we're doing and advocating for this type of change. Our goal is to get, you know, these product industries just like alcohol and tobacco is today. It's mainstream stuff now. And our job is to help these businesses, help the payment processing industry, help everyone make these industries thrive and grow without having all the stigma and kind of BS that they have to work and navigate through. And yeah, like, we're excited for where this is at. I would like to invite any of your listeners that do connect with us. We will offer them a specialty discount over and above what we're, what we're offering as an early adopter. Just make sure you reference that you've come into us from, from B2B Vault and NPS One from Allen, and we'll go ahead and make sure that that gets applied.
