Happy Christmas everybody, and I hope you're going to be having an amazing time getting ready for what we hope will be a really successful 2026. And I thought what I'd do this year would be to do 12 top tips for Christmas, so it's going to be a countdown, so that you could all have some lovely knowledge from me to have a successful new year. So the next post and the next 11 posts after that will be every day until Christmas Eve. I hope you enjoy them. Please share and follow me. So my first top tip for Christmas is dealing with the eye area. Did you know that there is a connection with the puffiness of eyes with the sinuses themselves? So we always make sure we include Large Intestine 20 and Bladder 2, which also is one of our really important points for headaches and migraines. Locating these two points is really important to get it right. So Large Intestine 20 is here at the end of the nasolabial fold. You then pass through the inner cactus of the eye and up directly into the eyebrow itself. And notice it's not at the end of the eyebrow. So we're going to use one of these lollies, which we're getting in stock in the new year. And you're going to start at Bladder 2, you're going to roll around the eyebrow, come down and go in here. And you can just gently roll backwards and forwards. This helps contract the skin because if you're getting rid of puffiness, you want to make sure the skin tightens naturally.
