This is a podcast all about the timing of life and the timing of success. It's what we call the Right on Time Life. And you are listening to the Right on Time podcast with Amber McHugh. Hello. Hello. Welcome to day four of the Plan Profit Scale Workshop series is then such a joyful week. I hope that you are already getting takeaways as we move through this week because we're going to unlock a whole lot more. Today we started talking about and thinking about our roles in our businesses and how we show up. We went deeper into that on Tuesday and really looked at the specifics of what we need to be doing as a business leader and where we need to focus our energy based on our current stage of business. Because let's face it, we have to start with where we are and the roadmap. Should we be focused on sales systems, client success systems or CEO systems based on where we are in our business right now? Then on Tuesday we were back and we really dove deep into the CEO systems piece and we played a game of CEO versus CEO Feud and did our crystal ball assessment to identify how am I showing up in my business and okay, do I have some work and some opportunity there? And then today I am so excited for today. We're going to dive into our entire modern circle CEO path which includes CEO systems, sales systems and your client success systems. We're going to talk a little bit about your business model design and how you may want to shift it or how you may want to focus in so that you can further accelerate with these three pieces. Before we dive in though, I'm just going to take a look at the chat and see who is already here. We will get started in three minutes. Minutes. I've got my eye on the clock periodically actually that is two minutes we will get started. Happy Thursday. Tanya. So good to see you. Hey M. Shaw. Can't wait to see or so happy to see you too. I read I can't and I said can't wait but I met great to see you and I can't believe it is day four of the workshop series either. The time flies when we are having fun and we've got momentum so building especially logged in listening and learning. Good evening Terry in South Africa. Where in South Africa are you? I spent some time in Cape Town and absolutely loved it and cannot wait to get back to Cape Town as well. Hello Cerebral Cinema. Great to see you what a blast we are going to have during this workshop. Whether you're catching the live or the replay, you are right on time. All good. You're going to want to make sure you have your workbook ready to go and of course your bingo card. I'll share the links as a reminder where to get those in just a second here. Shan, great to see you. Oh, big things are happening. What a great call we had today. Also from South Africa. Oh my gosh, Andrea. Oh my goodness. Cape Town. But you're in German now, man. I'm hoping to visit again soon. If anyone has not yet visited. I highly recommend, Highly recommend. Oh, what a blast. How cool is that that we have three people at least three. There may be others. At least three people from South Africa on the line, man. I don't even think we have two states even. Oh, we might have two. Texas is on the line right now. Ah, what a blast. All right, one minute and it is go time. I'm going to pop up. Ah, the money maker. The money maker is what we are diving into today. The three parts needed to consistent cash flow. Some of these things you're going to look at be like I know already, but we're going to get more specific and today we're going to unlock something that you may have heard before but needed to hear again right now or you may not have heard before. And we're going to be looking at things in a whole new way. Whole new way. Ah, Michigan, not too far from me. So here we go, diving in. We are at the fourth workshop in our series and there is one more tomorrow where we'll do a little bit of a catch up but we're going to layer in some the next layer of information from each of our sessions this week and we're going to talk a little bit how to dehydrate, detach from the outcome that we seek, our goals, the results that we're going after, where we ultimately want to be. But we want to enjoy this journey while we're on it. And I have some very specific viewpoints on this, some things I've learned and some conversation we'll dive into there. Welcome everyone. Hey Alida. Hey Jean Marie. Good to see you. Our schedule of events today, we are here now. There's also going to be a bonus announcement today which I'm excited to share with you. And then tomorrow, like I said, and next week we'll have some bonus events that'll be added to the calendar. So if you haven't added the plan, profit Scale calendar to yours yet and sync things. Definitely do that so you don't miss anything. We'll have some more activities, some Q and A, some behind the scenes and announcement of bingo winners just in case you need any of the links. PPS Bingo is going to be a big one coming up tomorrow. When you get all of the squares checked on your bingo card, call bingo over here@amber McHugh.com forward/pps bingo so we can get our prizes out. We're going to have one grand prize winner from this week and we are going to have multiple winners based on the drawings that we're going to do next week. These are some of our prizes. One person's getting everything. I'm excited to see who it's going to be. We'll announce that tomorrow and then we're doing drawings for each of the individual items as well. So keep checking off that bingo card. After today, there is just one more to go. We're almost there. I love seeing progress to a goal. Track your progress to your goal in your business as we are on our way to our destination and locking in our vision. Now, the three key pieces that I want us all to have in place in our business are right here on the screen. They are your CEO systems, they are your sales systems, and they are your client success systems. This is what we went into detail on yesterday. Then first today we're going to talk about this and then we're going to talk about our client success systems. So here we go. The page in the workbook as well. I flipped all the way to the back. The bingo cards at the back. This is the page in the workbook and there's space for notes down here for anything you unlock and then of course notes to capture each of the elements that we are talking through as we dive into our sales systems. When we talk about sales, I'm talking about your money maker systems. What? This is a key foundation of our business because without sales coming in, without marketing continuing, right. We won't have leads to offer our services for which we're going to talk about in client success systems. There are three key things that we need to have in our sales systems as well. I like to operate in threes. Apparently. I already shared this week that when we get sales systems in place, we're going to be able to grow faster and with more ease. It's all about the focus. Business A Because Business A had a messy marketer for a while as their leader was worked more like a slot machine. Maybe I'll win Maybe I won't, Maybe this strategy will work, maybe it won't. Lots of offers. Well, let me try this, let me try that. Maybe this, maybe that. Maybe this is what they need. Maybe this is what they want. Maybe this is what I need to be doing. Constantly changing offers. Has that ever been you? Maybe it's you right now where you're still testing and playing with different offers. The messy marketer is always testing and trying new tactics, new messages, and hasn't rooted and grounded in anything yet. This is going to keep us spinning, spinning, spinning, spinning. We gotta pick a car and we gotta drive it to our destination. Versus business B, who was led by the same person, but this person was playing the role of the modern CEO. The business with the modern CEO operated more like an atm. It's a bit more predictable, it's a bit more consistent. Yeah, sure, one day there might not be money in that bank for me to pull out at the atm, but I have visibility and awareness into that because I'm operating like a modern CEO and ensuring I have that visibility. The modern CEO business has strong offers. One strong offer, one clear path, one message, and one clear way to attract new clients. You know how this story evolves. You know how this story ends. Thankfully, the messy marketer identified her ways and started showing up as the modern CEO in both business A and both Business B. But business A recognized it a little bit later. So business B's trajectory and then business A is, is doing this, but is not yet where business B is. So we want to get you on that business B modern CEO path faster. And in this moment, we're going to dive into the sales system specifics you need to think about. Yesterday we talked about those CEO systems and elements. Today we're diving into sales systems. The first thing we need in place for your sales systems to be humming along and working more like the ATM than the slot machine. Big money, baby. Big money, baby. No, no, no, no, no. I want to bet on you to win, but I'm not going to make a willy nilly bet. Right, you want to bet on yourself. I bet on myself every single day. But it's strategic and it's focused and I'm learning and I'm consulting with my mentors and my colleagues and I'm seeing and I'm making strategic decisions with my team. Right. We want one strong offer that we will bet on. If you have 10 offers, if you have three offers, if you have four offers, if you're still like, oh, I'm going to try all these still, we want to start to focus it in. The faster we focus in and get you one offer. This is a key part of your sales systems. It is the first part of your sales systems. Do I have a strong offer? I'm going to read this out to you because that got a little bit small on the screen. The things you market or sell that people really want. Yes. An offer can be something for free or it can be your paid product. If it's a paid product, we want to make sure you have a profit plan with it and it's something people want or need. The more people get excited about your offer, the more attractive it becomes. So you want to ensure that your offer is something people actually want. Something they want, something they need, something that will solve a problem for them. Something that will benefit their life in some way, shape or form. I have come up with a lot of business ideas. Sometimes I marketed them to the wrong audience. So it did not work. There was an audience out there for that thing, but it wasn't the audience I was marketing to. There are other things I thought of that people just didn't want yet. Maybe they want it someday. Right. But it wasn't the right time. So your idea may not be a bad one if it's not landing, but it may not be the right audience. So we may need to rethink things and get things in sync or you may need to tap back into the audience that you were solving a problem for and find out what they are really talking about. What are those pain points? So that you can redesign and remake your offer so it lands and it resonates. Which brings us to the second piece of this. We need a strong aligned message. We've got a great, we've got a great product, but my message is not aligned. My front end marketing, my offer is. It's not letting people know that it is what they want. Right. So let me read this off because again, small and aligned message. This is how you talk about your offer and the solution you have for your clients. This is where you take your offer and you show people how flipping fabulous it is. Because even a great offer can fall flat without an aligned message. Your marketing message needs to be clear and ideally it's consistent. Otherwise people are left confused and won't know what step to take with you even if you're the right person to help them. Right. I may be looking for exactly what you're talking about, but because we don't talk about it in the same way, it is going to fall flat. So we've got to make sure that it is aligned. I shared an example previously about migraines. I get migraines, but if I didn't know they were migraines and I just thought they were headaches and someone kept telling me, I have a solution for your migraines, I have a solution for your migraines. Like, that's great. I don't have migraines, I have headaches. So if someone doesn't know that they have the problem that you can solve, you may first need to educate them on your headaches. Might be migraines. If might be migraines. That's too much straight. I want to stop there. Your headaches might be migraines. And then we move people through a funnel experience, right? This is where we start to design marketing strategy and our sales systems. But it starts with a clear offer and it starts with an aligned message. Then number three, we need a way to attract new clients and customers. These are simply the channels or tactics you use to invite new clients and customers to work with you. Examples include Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, YouTube, one on one conversations, workshops, webinars, challenges. There are a whole lot of ways that you can connect with your audience and invite people to get their problems solved by you, your services, your products. We don't need all of the channels. We just need one great way to attract clients. How many sales and marketing channels do you have that you're pursuing right now? Is it 1? Is it 10? Is it 5? Is it 2? What I want to ensure is that whatever it is for you, we, you may build up to three, but let's do one at a time. One at a time. For example, my photography company, we started, we started with SEO, didn't really get us the traction we wanted. We got some traction, but we really wanted to amp it up and reach a broader audience. Our people that we were solving problems for before they came looking for us. We wanted them to be finding us where they were hanging out. And at the time Groupon and Living Social were picking up. So we wanted to pursue Groupon and Living Social. It took them three years for them to say yes to us. And then we worked it, we worked it, we worked it, we worked it. Then we realized, okay, Groupon, Living Social isn't working in the way that we want it to anymore. We could start to see that there was a decline happening, there was a shift happening and our clients coming, the volume that we could serve coming through to us from Groupon and Living Social. So we saw that trend early on. And we said, hey, we're not going to wait until right. Our group on Living Social performance is down here. We're going to explore new strategies sooner. As we started to observe it, we're like, we got to get in there. And that's when we started doing Facebook advertising. Notice we're really focused on one thing at a time, but each step of the way now we've got SEO and we've got group on Living Social. We've got SEO group on Living Social. Now we've also added Facebook to the mix and it took us six to nine months to really get our Facebook marketing strategy dialed in. Then of course, we added Instagram. That was a natural extension because we were already on Facebook. And then we've just started TikTok. But we didn't start that until we had this is dialed in. This actually is no longer as dialed in as we would like. So we're going to revisit that at some point when the time is right. So we've got strategies two, three, four stacked in here very strategically now. Two, three, four, five. And we're pursuing six. And we're considering should we go back and revisit one? But we did not and we are not. And I encourage, encourage you not to try them all at once as well. Do not try and do all the things. This is really hurting us in our businesses when we're trying to do all the things and we spread ourselves across all the things. So we've got three key things that we want to include with our sales systems. This is your money making engine. Hey, Melissa, glad you made it. We want you to have one clear offer. What do you offer to solve someone's problem? One clear offer for one likely for one core audience. I mentioned yesterday we deviated from this a bit in our photography business. We've got brides, we've got people who are going through a transformation and we have celebrations which could overlap with brides a little bit. But there are all sorts of other things that we celebrate in our life. Right? One clear offer, one strong message. What is the message that lands with your audience? And go, go, go, go. Be consistent, be consistent with that. Layer in and test in other messages over time. But we want to find that one message, not 100 messages that are really going to resonate with our audience. If I tell people, right, oh, I do health coaching and I do business coaching and I do life coaching and then I can do it all together. Okay, that's going to be really confusing, right? Okay, I need business coaching. I Guess I could use some help. Like life coaching doesn't hurt. It's watering down your message. We've got to have one strong message that we can take to market. Then one clear way to attract. You've got to pick what is the channel, the primary channel that my audience is hanging out on. What is the one way that I'm going to connect with my audience and focus in on it? Because when we have five, when we have 10, when we have even three to start, it is too many. Stack them in one at a time. Right. We were talking earlier today in our scale open studio session that I had with my modern CEO clients, which I'll tell you about in a minute. We're talking about. Okay, my, my website may not be where I want it to be. I. Okay, cool. But what's our priority right now? Websites is a marketing activity. If your priority is sales right now, I'm not actually worried about your website. Let's start getting sales through these things that we just talked about right here. Right. And then let's work on that website and marketing parallel. In parallel, we have a client, a modern CEO from years, years back when she, she was running a successful business. She decided to pivot before she even had a website. She, like tripled her income right, from this new business before she even had a website. So we've really got to think about what is it that we need to prioritize and what are our priorities right now. So one way, one clear offer, one strong message, one way to attract those clients. I'm really focused on the one. On the one. I'm going to pause and take a peek at the chat to see if there are any questions right now on any of the sales systems that we're discussing. And if you're thinking, man, I don't have my one offer locked in. I don't have one message that consistently works in the marketplace with my audience. I don't have one clear channel. Of course, as soon as I go to the big screen, my camera thinks it needs a little reset. I love when that happens right on time. If you don't have these things in place, we've got some work to do. We've got some work to do. And it's a. Okay. You know, I, I told you that I played that role of messy marketer in my business for a long time because I thought I needed to try and know all of these things. Nope. Nope. When we shift and we focus on one thing, we are going to get traction and momentum a whole lot faster instead of making the slow climb. M. Shaw's learning to focus on one platform at a time and by doing that you're learning so much. It's going to unlock so much when we bring in that focus. Terry shared My business is impulse buying related. It's like talking to the foot traffic. So you keep pulling back to that. Who is that foot traffic? How do I talk to that foot traffic? What promotions do I have for that foot traffic? Awesome. And you can build a strategy around that. One way to attract. Right. My foot traffic is coming in from where I like. I feel our photography business is a bit foot traffic as well. You can have specials there. We talked about water bottles yesterday. We talked about promos for fitness studios. One thing I want to invite you to do if you are thinking if you're building your online business, how many people are building their businesses online and or working to take something that's been in person before and now bring it online. If that is you let us know in the comments. And also I want to ask you to consider, okay, getting online can be a little bit weird, a little bit clunky. Showing up online, think about how you would do it in person and then let's stand it up online in a similar way. Because online we want connection also we need and are craving that connection. And I think the last couple of years where people largely went hybrid or online or virtual in a bigger way than we had ever seen before, people are still craving connection. We are still human. We still want to connect with each other. Okay, so how would I have done this in person? And I know we may not be sitting in the same room together but how can I make this as real and as meaningful and as human as possible? Currently just online awesome. In person. Moving to hybrid. Great. Just online awesome. Finally made it. Great to see you. So glad you are here. You're right on time. Now we're going to step into the right fit. I'm really. I love talking about this. I love talking about this. I love thinking about this. I'm going to go big with the screen here so you can see as I write some things down for us too. This third section is our client success systems. Our client success systems also have three core parts. We want to talk about scale. Actually I like scalable intimacy. I'll share a little bit about this as well. Our client success path and our five star client experience. Five star client experience. And we've also got online in person trade shows and one on one conversations. Not online cool trade shows or something else that went Virtual. It was amazing to see technology emerging and coming up for that too. It's fun to get back in person to some of that. All right, we're going to dive into business model now and I want to invite you to consider your business model. Do you find that your business model is currently or the one that you are planning to build? If you're in the startup space stage, is it currently more of a DIY model or is it a done for you model? In a DIY model, someone would be doing it for themselves, right? I would send you the materials, I'd send you the content, I'd send you the workbooks, digital or online or digital or in print. And you rock and roll with it. See you later. Good luck. You've got this, right? This is a DIY model. Do DIY models work? Absolutely. There is more DIY technology than ever before, Right. When I started my business about 10 years ago, it was coming up like wildfire and it's everywhere now. There's so many things that you could DIY with your tech. There's so many things you can DIY for your business, for our lives, right? Ah, good. So diy, do it yourself, right? You might be sending recipes to someone. You make this, right? You got this lot of different models for diy. Is that you? I'm curious. On the flip side, there's done for you and a done for you model. I may think about someone like a website developer, right? I am not at all going in to do any development or any code in the build of my website. That would be bad. There may be someone who is a lawn care professional coming over to do it for you, to mow your yard for you, to mulch your yard for you. I was just thinking about our yard because it needs some help and someone's got to get out there. Will it be me? Will it be my husband? Will it be someone else who offers those done for you services is Right. So you're starting to see the differences between these two. Do it yourself. You've got this ikea, right? I'll send you. We go pick up our furniture, we bring it home, we. We build it on our own. You can hire someone from IKEA to do it for you. They offer both and fabulous. We've got some people who are in the middle in a done with you model hybrid. Before we step into that, I want to talk about the do it yourself model in many instances. And we even see this with ikea, right? It's a lower price point and more people. We want More people to buy that because it is a lower price point. I'm going to bust out my calculator here. Let's say you've got to do it yourself. Offer for $27. Actually, I don't know if I want 27. I might want another number. Hold on. Divided by 500. Oh yeah, I wanted 27. 27 times 500 equals $13,500, right? Yes to it. Let's say my revenue goal is $13,000. So if I have a $27 offer, 500 people need to buy it. For me to hit 13,500 makes sense. Pretty simple math, pretty simple structure. Now when we think of this, many people go to this one to many. This is absolutely a one to many sales strategy. It requires excellent marketing, heavy marketing emphasis and it requires that we are able to reach many people. So how do we do that? You can do that by partnering with people who already have access to those people. They built up a list, they built up a community. You can do paid advertising. Right. These require a couple of different things. Relationships. And this one requires cash. Right. I have to have cash to invest in that. And you can also reach out to your community. But again, if you don't have many yet, this will be hard. This will be hard. And oftentimes I see people saying like, oh, I'm going to go one too many. I'm going to do the low price. Awesome. Love it. Not a bad strategy at all. But how are we going to get to those people and if we don't have those people ready yet, if we're not ready to make investments in our marketing yet right through advertising, we might want to consider some other approaches then of course, on this done for you side, typically in a done for you model, what did I just do? I just flipped us back five a lot of pages in a done for you space, it may be a higher price point. For my web developer, I certainly expect to pay more for someone who's doing a custom build for me than if I am going into lead pages, for example and building them out myself. Lead pages is simply a landing page builder where you can invite people or you can, you can go in and create a page where you invite people to get your opt in. Right. So for anyone who isn't familiar with leadpages, it's simple. One of my go to. I've been using it for over 10 years. So in a done for you model, right. I definitely expect to pay more to my web designer and developer. Right. And they may charge 13,500 for everything. I want to get done for one client. One client, one person, 13,500 versus 500 people at our 27 for 13,500. So which one of these is more scalable? Since scale is something we want to talk about when we're talking about the right fit, certainly right. One to many feels a lot more scalable. But if we don't have many yet, this is going to be hard. The other thing I like to consider is this space between which some people have already mentioned love and are done with you. One of the things that I love about one on one is the intimacy and the connection. Right. I love getting to know my clients. I love being in spaces, having conversations with my clients about what they need. Because it is a whole lot easier to solve one person's challenge. If I can hear your challenge, let's talk. Let's build that plan. Go. Than it is to think about. Right. Okay. Do all these people have the same problem? Yeah, there is, but I gotta line the message to everybody's problem. Map all those things up and it can become watered down. Down doesn't have to be, but it can. When we're in the early stages especially. And I lose a little bit of that connection. I can't, certainly can't talk to 500 people a month. Right. If we do a workshop, I can talk to more. Right. But I can't get that one to one. So we have this space in between and we have here what I call scalable intimacy. And this is essentially how do we build at scale but keep and maintain connection and intimacy for and with our clients? And this is what I want to invite you to consider in your model. If you already have a done with you model or if you're looking to build a more scalable model than a one to one. How can I uniquely design my model so that I still have connection with my audience? They still feel seen, they still feel heard. And I don't feel like I am just cranking stuff out for them in the background making widgets. Right. And this is that done with you. I have three examples here to break down and sort of talk through. Okay. How can I think through these differently if I'm still in, if I'm creating my hybrid model, if I'm moving to that Cerebral Cinema is using a done with you model in the beginning stages to build case studies and testimonials. It's got a bit of all three that's super cool. If we were a chef, for example, or in healthcare, health and wellness space, Creating recipes. On the DIY side, we may sell meal plans for people to implement. We may have recipes that people can grab the recipe book, ebook, implement that on their own. We may have meal prep training that you can do on your own. On the done for you side, a chef who goes to your house, this is like top of the top done for you. A chef who goes to your house and prepares weekly meals for a family or in that done with you space, maybe there is. We're going to cook this together, virtually. We're going to come to a brick and mortar space and cook this together. I'm going to train you, but I'm going to, I'm not just going to train you. We're going to do this right now together, so you can make these meals anytime you want. We're going to meal prep it together. I got you. We, we are in this together and could be some coaching and some guidance around there as well. Maybe there's a meal plan and some meal prep training that you can watch on video. But I'm also going to show up live with you and answer all of your questions. I might meet with you one on one to build your roadmap or your plan. And then we might have checkpoints along the way to ensure it is being implemented and in the way that you want or to ensure that, hey, if you're hitting a roadblock or an obstacle, let's talk about it. I got you. Let's reset together as needed. You are not on an island doing this by yourself. And with this, if we said it took 500, whoops, 500 people at 27 to get to 13,500. And this was one person at 13,500. Right. If we meet in the middle, let's say 13, 500, we get four clients in a done with you model this month. And that price is, oh, I wanted this to math work and I wanted them all to be 13,500. I don't know if I'm going to be able to do it. Let's say you bring on four new clients this month. That's pretty doable, right? Four new clients and their price point is 4,500. But they pay over six months. Because we're going to do this Done with you over six months. So 4500 for simple math divided by six is 750amonth for six months. Why did I decide to go sideways here? Right. 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6. But it's times four. So month one, we're at 3,000. Let's say next month you're working with these four clients and you add four more. So we've got eight. So I'm going to double that times two. Now we're at 6,000. Let's say we're going to add four more clients the next month. All right, we got 8, 9, 10, 11, 12. I'm going to add 3,000 again. Now we're at 9,000 per month. I'm going to add four more. Right. Seven fifty. What are we at now? 16 times 16. Now I'm at 12,000. It takes a little bit of a load off to think about getting four clients than it does think about getting 500 clients. And here in this model, we are also starting to build reoccurring revenue so we have some consistent income and our business starts to look a little bit more like the atmosphere. Does that make sense? I'm gonna keep going for one more finish out this chart. Plus 3,000, 15,000amonth. All right. And this continues. And at this point, some people might drop off those four who started here. Hey, we did the work together. You're good, you're done. Right? We want our clients finishing and being a success. Maybe you have a model where they want to take the next step and the next level with you as well. We certainly have specials for our clients who decide to continue working with us after six months together. Absolutely. I've got specials for clients who continue because I. We've already invested time together. I know you. I want to continue to support you in your success. That is an honor that I. That is a gift. So I have specials. Right. So they may want to continue, but you may have some that are like, no, I'm good. I have what I need. I'm going to keep going. I might be back later. I got this big project I have to focus on. I'm good right now. You got me to a great place. This is a win. I do not look at that as a bad thing at all. So you may have four that drop off right. When we get to this, just past the six month mark, let's skip past and pretend we're there. So that's okay. That just. If we have four who drop off. Let me get some. We have four who say, I'm good. Those four who started are finished. That's okay. You still have 16. That doesn't take us all the way back down to zero. We're not starting all over again. Right. Okay. I got. I still have 12. And I'm going to find four more clients and we're Going to keep this rolling. Now, this is one way to design this model. You may say, I don't want four new clients every month. I want four new clients every other month. I want 10 new clients this month and I want 10 new clients in a quarter. Right. There are a lot of different ways that we can structure this and we can strategize around this. But I wanted to use this as an example so we can start to see how we get reoccurring revenue in our business. This absolutely works in B2B for corporate, this absolutely works in a B2C model. This works in a number of places. Now, on the flip side, we've got things like Hulu, we've got Netflix, we've got Disney+ who are doing okay. I want these people, I don't know how long. Now they've got data, right? For how long? What's customer lifetime value? Customer lifetime value. If a customer signs up for, let's say, Netflix, Netflix Apps a freaking lutely has data on how long they're expected to stay day. And recently they made some changes to their models and people are questioning and now they're seeing a blip in that. Right. But they've got all the data on this. We can design this in a number of different ways. So this done with you. Space is a really compelling, appealing place to get consistent revenue, to get scalable intimacy, which we haven't even dug into. How do you create create that scalable intimacy? How do you create that connection in this space between. There are a lot of really super cool ways that you could do this. Of course, we go deep into that inside the modern CEO. But I'll tell you more about that in a minute. So what's the right model for you? Listen, this is not me saying one is better than the other. If we are going for fast, immediate cash, I might say, like, start here. You got something right now and someone who wants this. Go. If we need cash immediately, if we need cash fast, but not immediate, I'd say, okay, right here, right here, right here, right here. Let's build this. And I might say build this for an immediate. If you have immediate ad spend to put behind it, if you have someone with an audience already. But otherwise I am not going to say start here. This is a beautiful place to begin the journey. Love it. Love that it's making sense. Model includes all three. Super cool. So good. So the model for you is going to depend because business is not one size fits all, but whatever model you choose and is right for you, I Want to invite you to consider building in scalable intimacy. Because scalable intimacy is an opportunity for us when we do that sales and marketing and we invest in that sales and marketing to really love people up when they make a decision to walk down this path with us and to go on this journey with us. Right. It affirms, it helps us get that five star client experience. Experience which is all about what do people really want, making sure we deliver it in a way that is aligned. And I like to include a whole lot of heart in there. Right. But that's going to look a little bit different. What we include in that five star client experience looks different for all of us. And then to do this right, we want to build out our client success path. That is the journey of what clients receive, what our customers go through when they make a buying decision from us and then they get a solution from us. Whether that's a physical product, whether that is a course, whether that's a program, whether that's an experience, whether that's a gym membership, whatever that is. Right. What is the journey that customers go on. And depending on what you offer, you will be looking at different things in your business. On this client success path, before someone's working with you, while they were, are working with you and after, we want to consider all of those elements. Let me ask you, as you think about your client success systems, how would you score yourself on these? Do you feel like if they are a priority, you forward the things that are a priority. How are we doing? Do we have scalable intimacy built in? Do we have a client success path mapped out or does it need some improvement and do we have our five star client experience? Let me know in the chat if you'd score yourself a one for not so great. Let me go a little bigger here. If you'd score yourself a one for not so great, or if you'd score yourself a 10 for excellent, excellent. You know, I find there's always something I could be working on. So I very rarely score myself a 10 in this area. I was pretty proud of myself on that CEO systems assessment. I'm like, ah, always for so many of these, that felt really good. Usually I'm sometimes in a couple, but here I would absolutely say eight. We have it. But just this morning I said to our team, oh, I want to build out something new for our onboarding experience for our modern CEOs. Right. So I'm going to do that in the next season. We've got scores coming in. We, we've got threes We've got fives under development. Exciting to be added these systems to my team. Yes, yes, yes, yes, yes. Love to hear this. Love, love, love. Because when you make that investment from a sales and a marketing perspective, whether it's dollars or your time and energy, we are going to at some point want to make sure this is fine tuned and streamlined and and feeling good because that's going to help you get the most out of all of your sales and marketing efforts. Woo. I did say that this a this morning. Thank you, Malia. I'm sure clients would say they're pleased but you don't feel great. Yeah. And this is where we've got to look at. Right. Okay. Step into that CEO role and prioritize what needs to happen when. What needs to happen when I see more things I could be doing out there. Should I prioritize that now? So someone asked yesterday, or actually maybe it was Tuesday. What should I be doing in my slow season? Pull in some of these elements between a spring enrollment in the modern CEO and the plan a thon our big event in the fall. You know I'm gonna be thinking about this, right? We identified it as a need. What am I going to do in that space between for some of us, maybe it's not months apart, but it's one week every month. All the books are done. Everybody's caught up by the 15th of the month. Okay. I've got one week there before I need to start month end activities. I'm going to get some of this good stuff done. 5ish. Lots to do. Especially on intimacy. So good. So good. We're always harder on ourselves. I felt that way constantly when I was a professor. Was I giving enough to my students? So good. So good. So these are the three elements that are core to building out our business and stepping into the promotion. I invited you to take at the beginning of the week when I mentioned the modern CEO versus the messy marketer. And you may give yourself any other number of titles right now. Maybe Messy marketer isn't yours was certainly mine for a long time. Maybe it's something else. But whatever it is, I am inviting you now to step into this modern CEO role and start to think more about your CEO systems and make sure you put your crystal ball in place. We did that crystal ball assessment earlier this week. Make sure we are focused on one offer, one message. And we've got one strong way to attract new clients in before we layer in the next strategy. And we want to make sure we start to build out Scalable intimacy, the client success path and our five star client experience. We have some key elements in each of these that we talk about. This is way teeny tiny, so you don't even have to worry about this. I'll show you where you can see all of this but for one core offer, the offer design. We have some things that we recommend you think through for building out your message. Build the message, test the message, repeat as needed. Strategically focused until we get that hyper dialed in and then on attracting this overlaps with messaging a bit. Million dollar marketing plan Right funnel. What's the right funnel for me? Wraparound content plan, long term marketing numbers and the marketing activities calculator so you can calculate okay, what am I going to get from this marketing effort? What should I expect if I put this time, if I invest this much, what can I kind of start to expect back from that? And same thing on the client success path reverse in order here, five star client experiences and our scalable delivery model as well. Of course as our CEO systems from when we did that assessment earlier in the week. But don't try and boil the ocean. I implore you to not try and boil the ocean. Remember on Tuesday we talked about the stage of business. If you're at startup, you're going to start with your sales systems. Build, sell, tell. If you are in ramp up, you are going to double check those sales systems, you're going to double check those sales systems to ensure you have everything in place. Then you are going to move to client success systems at scale up. Confirm your offer is what you want and you're built for scale using the client success systems. And then we've got some things we're going to layer in there. And at CEO up you're going to absolutely start with making sure all of those CEO systems are in place. You may have been building them already as you move from startup to ramp up to scale up. Ideally we're integrating these things as we go and it's not all at once. But if you haven't, we're going to work the stairs a bit and we're going to make sure those CEO systems are in place and strong. You are not alone. Absolutely. So this begs the question, right? Where do we focus to grow? Not on as much as we think. We're going to take these one at a time, one car, one focus, one offer at a time and then we can layer more in because otherwise it puts us in that continuous space of overwhelm and I want to move you out of that and I Want us to start to elevate so we can see bigger picture, so we can have long term growth and sustainability and consistent consistency in not only our revenue. Right. But in the way that we show up, in the way we operate as business owners and leaders. Your invitation to become the modern CEO is here on Monday. I asked if you were ready for this promotion and so many of you said yes. I want to start stepping further into this modern CEO space. I don't want to be that old school business owner anymore who's constantly responding and who's constantly putting out fires and who's following trends and is forever in experimentation mode and who just does. You said they said I should try this. I have legitimately and maybe you have experienced this too. I've heard people say my. They said I should do it, so I did. We want you to have a plan and a strategy so we know where to align this. You don't have to be everything to everyone and be everywhere and hire people and still be struggling with that. Instead, we're stepping into that modern CEO role where things run seamlessly with or without you. You're doing things in your unique way because you started this, because you saw a different way. You have just the right support. You're focusing on your strengths, you're bringing on team members where there's cultural fit and you're nurturing them and you're building and designing your business in a way that aligns with your team. Your team aligns with your values and your client values. Your clients adore you and you adore them right back. And yes, we are decisive because we have a plan, we know what we're working towards and we're weaving our decisions around alignment. So are you ready for your promotion to modern CEO Kelly Christian? Was this actually she shared a while back in a workshop we were running and it's higher than that for sure right now. But she was when we first started to work, working together, she was looking to live abroad. She was looking for location independence, wanted to scale up with a team. She's in financial services. She has built that team. She was living abroad at the time. She shared this a few years ago. She was on her way to the quarter million mark. But maybe you don't want location independence. Maybe it's something different for you than it is for me. You define what it looks like to be a modern CEO. I shared my journey on Monday, right? My journey has included being able to run my business with chronic migraines, with having babies. Right. With some solo parenting in there. Moving 15 times, living abroad in Ethiopia, unexpectedly returning to Chicago. Okay, some of these things I would not have put in my plan, but they just happen. Moving 15 times, that was not part of the plan. Global pandemic, not part of the plan. But when you are operating and running your business from the modern CEO role, you're going to be able to handle this. You're going to be ready to make unexpected decisions in your business because you are embodying what it means to be a modern CEO. Growth can feel overwhelming, like you're creating another maybe low paying job for yourself. You're doing all the things you were told you should do. And sometimes you may wonder what happened to that dream of running the business. What happened to that freedom I was going after? If you are done with the overwhelm, if you are done with the exhaustion, if you're done with the hustle and you want to know like, okay, how do I really move from hustle to this place that we are talking about to that place I dreamt of, where Harper popped on my slide. It's not a dream. It is possible. It's time for you to promote yourself and I want to invite you into the modern CEO. The modern CEO shows you how to build, grow, scale a profitable business all the way to a million, up to a million if a million isn't your current goal and beyond. And you can check all of this out@amber McHugh.com ModernCEO the Modern CEO is the most comprehensive online program to build, scale and grow your business. We are covering the key elements and only the key elements. And we're layering into that some intimacy which I will absolutely tell you about. We go through these in detail to help you build out fine tune lock in your modern CEO systems. Inside the modern CEO we have the modern CEO collection. The path of all things CEO systems, all things sales systems and all things client success systems. But remember, we are not going to boil the ocean. We're going to take these one step at a time based on where you are in your business right now and what you need. We also with you have something we call the playbook. You know, the modern CEO isn't a program specifically to let's say build a webinar or build a challenge. We have marketing tools and resources inside of the modern CEO in fact for both of those things specifically. But the modern CEO becomes your playbook for your clear path to growth and your personal go to path for getting things done. If you've been trying what everything everybody else is doing, you're like, okay, this isn't quite working. You have what it takes to build this and we're going to give you the framework to think through what needs to go. What do I need to be thinking about? What do I need to be doing? What are my strategies for each of these things so you can personalize it. We in the modern CEO are not building cookie cutter businesses. That is no fun. I love the variety of what we do as modern CEOs and that's why we're not handing you the playbook. We are giving you a playbook and guiding you to help you create your unique success path. We also have the entire, what I'm calling the promotion toolkit. Everything you need to promote yourself to that modern CEO role, including we're going to block our calendars a year in advance for all the calls. I got the call set up for the entire rest of the year so you can join us in our virtual retreat. When you join us inside the modern CEO. Once a year we get together. Our next virtual retreat is actually in June. After that it's in December. In June, at the end of the month in June to structure, to get strategy, to get elevation in our business. What do I need to be focusing on the rest of this year as I think forward into the next year, this quarter? Right, We've talked a lot this week about our cascading goals that help us set our intentions for the day for this hour. Right. We look at those in our virtual retreat. In addition, at our scale level, we have three levels inside the modern CEO. At our scale level, we also have a quarterly strategy session where we deep dive and do that quarterly planning and ensure we're in alignment to our goals and mastermind with other scale CEOs every month. Inside the modern CEO. In addition to the CEO systems, the scale, the sales systems and the client success systems, every month we're coming together for a monthly game plan call. I am serious about embodying stepping into the CEO role in our businesses and we do some of that together, including the monthly game plan call. We're going to come together once a month. We're going to collaborate with other CEOs and we're going to identify to stay on track with my goals. What am I doing this month? I'm right there with you, doing it alongside you. Every month we have two open studio consulting calls. These are anything goes calls. Every single call I will bring a training and every single call we will open it up for questions. It's a mini training that actually myself or Shea, our client experience manager, deliver. And then we also, in this space and time answer questions. And we had a great open studio session which I mentioned just today with our scale clients. There are two every month. One is exclusively for our scale modern CEOs and the second is for all modern CEOs. So we come together twice a month. There's something every single week of the month that we are focused on, we are supporting you in. And the last week of every month we actually don't have calls. There's something every month, we're getting intentional every single month. But sometimes we need some space. So we take the last week of every month and it's our productivity week. Do we still have check ins throughout the week through our weekly focus Finder? Yes, I'll tell you about that in a second. Am I still available on the hotline? Yes, I'll tell you about that in a second. I actually have some hotline replies to do today. I'm excited for that. We have a weekly Focus Finder. We as modern CEOs, who are we accountable to? Ourselves. And I'm not gonna lie, being accountable to myself can be a little dangerous. I like, oh, I can do that tomorrow. I can do that tonight. I'll do that on the weekend. No, no. We are not creating this business so we can work 24 7. We're gonna get accountable. And this weekly focus finder is something we do every week. Shay and myself check it every week so we can find out what you are working on, what you are focused on and where you are stuck. I'll tell you more about that in just a second. The hotline is actually, if you go to amber mchugh.com modernceo right now in the lower right hand corner you can test the hotline actually and ask any question you have about the modern CEO. But inside the modern CEO, the hotline is open all the time for you to send over questions. And I check it and send replies Monday through Thursday. Monday through Thursday, I'm checking it and sending replies unless I'm on vacation. And I'll let you know in advance if I'm going to be on vacation inside the modern CEO. Although sometimes I will send replies from the beach. Melissa has gotten replies from me looking up at palm trees. And so we'll reply directly to you. I agree, Melissa, the hotline is so much fun. And we'll reply, I know things happen on the fly. I know when you're there implementing something might come up. You're like, hey, I'm working on my Productivity week. But I just had this question come up. I will get back to you. I am here for you. I love working with you. So that is on demand. Also on demand are our Modern CEO rewards. Inside plan profit scale. This week we play bingo because play to win, plan to win. Same thing. Inside the Modern CEO you are doing things for and in your business. And hey, I want you to stay accountable to the most important things. And yes, we are going to celebrate and you are going to get rewards when you are doing the most important things in your business and when you're showing up for yourself. So I'm going to dive into that. But before we do, I wanted to share this sample monthly calendar. We're doing that Focus Finder every Tuesday. I am looking at it and I invite you to complete your weekly Focus Finder every Monday so we can stay connected. It's one part accountability. It's one part reflection. It embodies all of our CEO systems and it is a touch point for me to stay connected because when I know what's going on in your business, we can support you. I can reach out someone shared we use a red yellow green model. How am I feeling? Am I red? My yellow? Am I green? We'll explain all of that on the inside and for anyone who's feeling red, I immediately message how can I help? How is it going? Where are we stuck? You said you were doing those things. Is it going well or have some resources that might help? You saw you were working on these things but you're feeling a little red. Will these help? Yellows and greens. We love to see it keep it yellow. Ideally keep it green so we can keep on driving. Then the first Thursday of the month game plan call Monthly game plan second Thursday of the month our scale Open studio and third Thursday of the month Open studio All productivity week. No calls but the hotline is open. These calls happen at two times because we are all around the world. They happen at 11am Eastern and they happen at 7pm U.S. eastern New York time. Wherever I move, we just keep that time as well so I don't mess up time zones. I have been known to do that. We also inside the Modern CEO you always have available the core collection of our modern CEO path the hotline. Let me flip this to highlighter Our virtual retreats. There are two a year but when you join the modern CEO you're first joining us for six months at a time after those six months and that will be one virtual retreat within the six months after those six months you will get an invitation with a special offer to rejoin us. We have scale quarterly strategy sessions. You've got some a back pocket planning session a year at the scale level. And at our Accelerate level you have unlimited back pockets. Back pockets are simply one on one touch points when you need like more than the hotline, more than something else. But you can also use your points to get those in the rewards program. And we have the Playbook. And when you join us at the scale level, you can submit your completed playbook for review. And we're going to take a look through your entire playbook. So I shared a couple of things that I wanted to show you real quick. The goals and rewards, the hotline and that playbook. We already took a look at the goals and rewards. So we have a few different ways that you get goals and rewards. There is a space inside the modern CEO to capture your milestones. This is part of our CEO system. Starting to look at our KPIs. What am I doing? What do I want to get done? As well as your personal goals. Business is personal. You've got things going on in your life that we also want to pay attention to and align what we're doing in our business with what we're doing in our life. And there's a space to capture your revenue goals. So you have a place already to step in right away and identify, here's what I'm working towards. How am I doing against that goal? When you complete that weekly Focus Finder that I mentioned, when you celebrate a business milestone, when you celebrate self care because I need you to take care of yourself right? As someone in your shotgun watching out for you in the driver's seat. We want to reward self care. You booked that massage. You got that massage done that I think I'm going to need this weekend. Also points. You went to the therapist and you needed that at this point in time. Points. Give yourself some points. You read a book this weekend points. And you can award other modern CEOs when they show up or when you show up to support another modern CEO. Points. In the weekly Focus Finder I mentioned, we're setting goals for the week recognizing your accomplishments. This is all modern CEO systems activity. It's all integrated. Points. Points, points. I love giving out points. This actually embodies what I feel when I get my American Express Express Rewards points. Except you don't have to spend more money. These are rewards that you get for doing things that are going to serve and support our businesses anyway. So I think it's actually better than My American Express rewards celebrating business milestones. You hit a new level in your business. You implemented an element of the modern CEO. You completed an element of your playbook, self care. We mentioned some of these, right? Complete self care and get points and awarding another modern CEO. What can you claim those points for? Well, yeah, you can claim those points for cash. You can claim those points for strategy sessions with myself, with Shay, one of our ads, experts, with other mentors and experts we have within the program for you. Because I don't know at all. I don't know at all. I told you I played that game once. The messy marketer, right? Even then I told myself, like I don't know at all. We have had mentors forever. But I was trying, I was trying to take in it all. No more, right? We have mentors, we have experts in the community. You can claim those points for swag and you can claim those points for a VIP day. Now this is a big one. This is a big one. It's going to take a lot of points. But we're going to fly you to a VIP day with me wherever I am in the world and we're going to, we're going to have some fun and make some business magic. Here are some samples real quick of these rewards. So I mentioned the VIP day was a big one. We got to have big points for that, big points for that. Some people are absolutely saving their points to hit that level. I am all flipping for it, right? You can get a Power hour workbook. We have a collection of ebooks that'll support you in elements of your business back pockets with mentors. Those one on one calls with me, access to something we call the Vault. Solo features in an email to our community. A solo email, social media share, swag, etc. Lots of points that can be claimed. In fact, when you enroll today inside the modern CEO, we're going to give you 25,000 points from the jump for you to use for a mentor back pocket. This is indeed today only because this is good. This is good today only when you enroll, you're going to get 25,000 points to use for a mentor back pocket from the jump. In addition, when you join us today, we are going to have a you and me one on one mid year planning session. That's on top of if you join us at the scale session, a one on one that you and I will have to do annual planning. So you've got two strategic focused sessions that we will have. You can use those as quarterly checkpoints. The mid Year one we want to happen in June or July and then the annual can happen at any time at the scale level. Everyone is eligible when you enroll today to get that mid year planning session. Then we're also when you enroll by the end of the day tomorrow we're going to get together in a build your perfect funnel live workshop. Notice my emphasis was not on perfect, but it was on your perfect funnel live workshop. This is going to be us workshopping identifying why you may want to do different things in your funnel and what are the best elements for you to include in your funnel. These things are covered inside the modern CEO, but this workshop will be personalized, it will be strategic, it will be us identifying. Okay, do this if this is you, do this if this is you. And we're going to map that out and create it's actually I love a one page funnel. Also last night with our VIPs we did our one page business plan and I snuck in a back page. But this will be one page, one sheet that actually looks a little bit like this. We're going to map out. Here's what I'm doing first, second, third, fourth in my funnel. So that will also take place in June, July time frame. So build your perfect funnel. Your perfect funnel live workshop when you enroll by end of day tomorrow. The modern CEO as I mentioned, is a six month high touch experience designed to take your business and yes your life to the next level. More done, less stress, less confusion and way more ease and some fun along the way. When you visit us over@amber McHugh.com ModernCEO you can hear what other modern CEOs have said about this program and what other people have said about our work together. I love, love, love. I'm looking at all the humans on my screen right here and sending so much stinking love. The other thing I want to add in here is that if you're wondering, like I don't know if the modern CEO is right for me, this looks really good, but I've got some questions. I've been in programs before. I know what I want now. I know what I need. Jump on into a conversation with Janelle, who's a long time client. She actually started had a conversation with me and we were talking about the modern CEO and we were talking about strategy in her area of expertise and she said actually can I join? I know I started as her client. She joined us inside the modern CEO and became my client. I'm like, yeah, I can compartmentalize. Yes, join us. And we've been colleagues and she's been a client for about six years and she has opened up her calendar to have a Modern CEO chat with you. So if you're wondering, hey, is this right for me? Janelle is. I mean, she's in the community with us, so she wants it to be a fit for you because otherwise you're going to be hanging out and she's like, I'm so sorry, I'm so sorry. So absolutely, she is with us in our community and she has opened up her calendar to talk to you to confirm it is a win win. Speaking of win wins, we have three levels inside the Modern CEO that you can join us at. We have our grow level, we have our scale level and we have our accelerate level. You're going to get incredible support, connection, collaboration in any single one of these levels. So when you go over to the Amber McHugh at forward slash amber q.com forward/modern CEO, you're going to be able to explore, okay, what level might be right for me. And there's actually a video on that page walking you through, okay, why might I join grow versus scale versus accelerate. This current season of the Modern CEO runs from June 1 to November 30. June one for our new enrollees now from June 1 to November 30. And you're like, but Amber, we're still in May. Yes, we are still in May. Well, I get access to everything now. Yeah, you're going to get access to everything now. We're kind of bonusing some time because we want to onboard you. This is not jump and do it yourself. Are there elements you can jump in and do yourself right now? Absolutely. You can jump in and do some things yourself, but there are things we're going to do together. So we're going to onboard you on May 20th and at May. On May 26th. May 20th at 11:00am Eastern and May 26th at 7:00pm Eastern. We want to hit all time zones so we split that up a little bit. Amber mckee.com forward/modern CEO chat Now everyone I mentioned before, Million Dollar Marketing plan. This is a part of the Modern CEO. We have a methodology that we call our million dollar marketing plan. This came about because a client said to me, amber, I really, I'm good at. I'm good at what I'm good at. I'm an expert, expert in my space like you probably are too. But I'm not a great marketer and for a long time I told myself that story too. And I was a little messy in my marketing. But this client said, can you teach me how to be the marketing director for my business? I'm like, oh yeah, I've ran a lot of marketing campaigns in my day. Multimillion dollar marketing campaigns. I can help with that. But we decided marketing director wasn't very sexy. So we built out what we call the million dollar Marketing plan. This is a plan and a strategy and an approach that like I said, I have, yes, used on multi million dollar marketing campaigns and that I have used in both of my small businesses. The thinking, the methodology and this is what we're talking about when we are inviting you to elevate that CEO role. I want to think more strategically about how I run a business. And in the million dollar marketing plan we're going to look at strategically, if I do this, this is the impact it's going to have. This is what my ROI might be. Okay, I did that. It didn't have the ROI that I wanted. I've got concrete data to put in my plan now and my crystal ball just keeps getting better and better and better. And we're going to take you through that in our million Dollar Marketing plan methodology. We have so many resources for you to become a better marketer and build out your sales systems more other bonuses that we have other than what I already shared about those that you get today or tomorrow when you enroll the hotline, the hotline is there for you and it is unlimited. What do I mean by that? I mean it's unlimited. I don't mean it's unlimited once a week. I don't mean it's open just during productivity week. Send me as many questions as you have and I will reply. If you send me five different hotlines and I can answer them in one reply, I will answer in one reply. I might not reply to everyone because we're being efficient here, but I will absolutely reply to all of the questions that come through. And sometimes we will follow up on them in open studio. Sometimes we will say hey we, let's book a back pocket for this. Use some of your points. You've got points, I see it right. Let's talk. But my first go to be send those questions over on the hotline or in our group. You know that's something else we are we have a Facebook group. We don't talk about it a lot in anything that I've shared about the Modern CEO so far and that is because I am no longer a huge heavy groups user and many of our clients are trying to be off line more. So everything inside the Modern CEO is available for you outside of Facebook. We used to operate largely inside of Facebook because all of our clients were there hanging out. That is no longer necessarily the case. You can access everything in the Modern CEO. I got a little blurry. That's going to bug me. You can access everything inside the Modern CEO without going into the group. Now do I still encourage you to get into the group? Absolutely. Will I still go into the group and look at questions and answer them? Absolutely. I check my notifications, I see what groups people posted in. I go answer those. I also every Monday I post a reminder for us to get intentional and complete our weekly focus finder and I share what my focus for the week is as well. We are in this together, our back pocket calls. So when you join us at the Accelerate level you get unlimited back pockets. Now the Accelerate level as you'll see when you go over to check out Amber McKee.com forward/modern CEO is for people who are at the six figure or more mark. Our business owners in accelerate are at 6 multi 6 figures and above. So that may be you check it out. Ask us if you have questions and accelerate. There are unlimited back pockets in scale. You get one back pocket with me our strategy session and everyone is earning points and can use those on our back pocket calls. Stars for points, Stars for points and those back it calls. Pocket calls are literally book a call on my calendar and we'll get on the phone together. I shared already about our Modern CEO rewards program Cash strategy session Swag, save up for the VIP day, get points and Rewards for doing what we're already doing in our business anyway or what we need to be doing if we are not yet doing it. Let me go a little bit bigger here on the screen, especially since I'm foggy. Anyway. Oh, Melissa, so great to see you. If anyone has questions, please do not hesitate to pop them in the chat. Go over to amber mchugh.com modernceochat or answer pop me a question using a demo, really of the hotline and we'll answer your questions directly there. Marketing Fast Track Implementation kits this is a big piece of our business. We spend a lot of time wondering what I should do, wondering how I should do it once I make a decision. Okay, let's go. Fast track me. Absolutely. We have six implementation kits. We have six implementation kits that are newly designed within the last year. A 10k challenge kit, start your podcast kit, High converting virtual retreats kit, sell on social webinar essentials or workshop essentials. And the million dollar marketing plan. I love supporting you in growing your business. That's why I keep running two businesses. It's because I love what you are doing and what you are creating. And when we come together as modern CEOs, incredible things happen. In fact, in our open studio call today, somebody asked a question. It unlocks something for someone else. Unlock something. Unlock, unlock, unlock. And the momentum is so beautiful. You know, somebody shared earlier in the week they got inspiration. And being in this space, hearing the questions that people are asking the answers the strategy, the business. I was at a, I hosted a retreat for my clients, my Accelerate clients in person a couple weeks ago and we walk away from that. We walk away from these connections and these experiences and the momentum is there and we got to put it into action. So we bring the momentum, the inspiration, the inspiration, the information, the strategies together with implementation and accountability. And so it is high touch because I can't know how we can best serve you if we are not connected. So I really want you to fill out those weekly focus on finder forms each week.
