Transcript excerpt of a conversation about revenue from four sober living properties (approx. 55 beds). Discussion covers per-bed pricing: private-pay rate $850/month and a medical subcontract at $45/day (~$1,350/month). Speaker estimates revenue mix is predominantly medical-funded (~90%) versus private-pay (~10%).
And where are you right now with the four properties? How many beds? I think we're somewhere around 55.
Yeah.
And what is your average price you're bringing in per bed?
So our private pays are 850 and then the medical subcontract is $45 a day, which is around 1350amonth.
1350, very cool. What's the split? What do you think? Between like what percentage is private pay versus the medical stuff?
It's mostly medical right now.
Okay.
It's like 90. 10. Yeah, yeah.
Wow.
Because here's the thing, like even if someone like we've had people come and say, hey man, I have a full time job, I just need a place to stay. And even those folks will kind of convert them on medical because it's a win win. They get six months to a year of funding. Right. So they can save their money from their job, you know, and then they can pay a higher price point as well.
