Community Impact Program

Happy holidays. It's Andrew Lamb here, founder of the Andrew Lamb Team at Keller Williams Realty. And today I'd like to ask you to partner with us in helping meet random, urgent needs in our community. Our mission statement at the Andrew Lamb Team is to create generational wealth and to make a positive impact on our community. And something you might not know is that with every sale and every referral that we've had over the last year, we've been able to give back to our community by providing housing for those who just. Who need a roof over their heads in a warm place to sleep. So we literally house about 30 Solano county residents right now and who otherwise would be homeless or still sleeping in their car or something like that. But to make a bigger impact this holiday season, we. We really just want to partner with you and see who in our database and who is it that you might know who has a random, urgent need that wouldn't be met otherwise. It's typically not going to be somebody who is homeless, but it could be much like myself when I was younger. I remember playing in my house with my toys as an only child and the lights went off. And I didn't understand it at the time, but my mom, I was raised by a single mom, couldn't afford to keep the lights on. So it could be something as simple as paying the light bill for somebody, paying someone's PG&E. So this holiday season, we don't want anyone to go without. And perhaps it was somebody who can't qualify for assistance because they have a higher income level, but they just can't make ends meet right now. Those are the type of needs that we want to help meet, and we can do so anonymously. We want to work with our database, with you specifically to be able to meet those needs. So. So we have a form right below and if you could fill that out with that need. We'll need your contact information because we want to partner with you in this and we'll also need the contact info of who that person is and specifically what the need is. And our team will actually vote on. If we get just a massive influx, our team will decide on who and how much and all of that, but you get to be a part of it. We want to work directly with you to partner with, making a positive impact in our community. So thank you so much for being a part of our mission.
