By having someone come in and take care of all of the cleaning for you so that your moving process is as hassle free, stress free as possible. Hey everyone, thanks for joining us today. I'm joined by Ashley from Cleanest Maids. And today we're talking a little bit about some questions we get from clients regarding preparing a home for sale and what exactly is involved when you're trying to clean your home. Prep for showings, prep for photography, all of that. So wanted to have Ashley come on and really talk about the first question, which is what is involved in a full house cleaning? Okay.

So generally when we do a full house cleaning, it would consist of top to bottom cleaning. So we would start at the high point of, of the home and start at the ceilings, the light fixtures, the ceiling fans, the walls, the windows, lines, and work our way down to the floor.

Right, okay. And I mean, that's some stuff that most people never even thought about. Cleaning the tops of ceiling fans, cleaning the dust on their baseboards. But it really does make a home shine when you get all of that taken care of.

Yeah, because it would include like the door frames, light switches, you know, the stuff that fingerprints and grease build up on that people don't usually see, but in a picture it does.

Yeah, it shows up perfect, which is great because we use high definition photography and videography when we list a home. So definitely all those details do show up in our photos and video. It gets edited. But we want to make sure that the home is as clean as possible. Not just for the videos, photography, but for when people are actually filming through the home. And then also you guys offer a new service that I haven't seen anyone else offer in Vacaville or the surrounding area, which is cleaning solar panels. So a lot of people don't realize that solar panels don't work properly if they're covered with dirt and just the stuff that natural elements put on there. So you guys will actually go and clean them off, correct?

Yeah.

So is that on a maintenance plan? How does that work?

It's just on an as needed. Most people only need them cleaned twice a year. You know, with the heavy rain, it'll clean the solar panels, but it won't clean around it. With all these fires, there's a lot of the ashes around them. So right now is a good time to start cleaning your solar panels and getting them all cleaned around. And then usually it's like a twice a year thing and just as needed.
