Hey, it's Andrew Lam with the Lam team and we're looking for qualified candidates for buyer's agent positions on our team, as well as an executive assistant. So right now our team is growing and we're basically looking for four buyer's agents to service all the leads that we have. We have a 30 day fast start program to get you caught up on who we are, our company, our culture, and how we handle leads. We have a lead management protocol. We have very clear policies on what to do, how to do it, what to say, how to say it. Lots of sales training, and basically we expect all of our buyer's agents to come in and be very successful. Every single one should make six figures. And we actually have a $60,000 guarantee, meaning if you come in and in your first 12 months, you don't make $60,000 using our system, we will pay you the difference. So it's really completely risk free thing here and we're just looking for the right people to join our team and who really want to work and grow their business. We're also looking for an executive assistant, someone who can really help me manage and support our team to the best of our abilities, and someone who can make sure that my schedule is always taken care of, that there's no missed appointments, that everything here is running and working smoothly.
