And Dennis really has years of experience completing these large projects. You know, the full, the whole house remodels, the large kitchen remodels with high end appliances, high end surfaces and finishes. So we're happy to have Dennis with us to explain exactly what their services are because it's been difficult to find someone in our area who does these long projects as opposed to the guys who will just do the one week, two week long projects. So stick around, I think you'll learn something. Hey everyone, thanks for joining us. Today I'm joined by Dennis from Remodels and More. So Carpets and More is really kind of expanding and just kind of reaching out, starting a new division to do residential remodels and commercial and just full general contractor work. And the question I've been getting frequently is, you know, who can help me do this large scale construction project on my new home or this home that I want to purchase. Like I have a client looking at an old Victorian home in Venetia, needs a lot of work and the usual contacts I have or, or had before would just do the small scale stuff, handyman services, stuff that would keep them busy for maybe a week or two, but they didn't want to Go out two or three months because that would kind of cut off their other clients. So we've been reaching out and finally have a great resource for whole house remodels, large projects, residential or commercial. So, Dennis, thanks for being here.

And could you explain a little bit about what kind of services you provide and the work you've done in the past?
So I've been a general contractor contractor for 24 years, and so I've done all aspects of residential remodel. We do a lot of windows and LED lighting upgrades, bathroom remodels, kitchen remodels and that kind of stuff, as well as roofing, painting, interior and exterior. And so now Remodels and More is a fairly new division that we're trying to develop, reaching out from the carpets and more brand name to be able to, you know, service those needs that our customers have asked for in the past few years. And so we're trying to accommodate that. And we're doing large scale commercial work as well as residential work. No job too small. Yeah.
So like this Victorian home that we talked about, it's looking like maybe $200,000, three to four month project. It's a big one. Foundation issues, new roof, probably moving around some interior walls. So if you have a project like that or even if you're just looking for a new kitchen, new bathroom, things like that, perfect place to contact right here in Vacaville.
