RSVP for Our Event

Hey guys, it's Andrew Lamb, founder of the Andrew Lamb Real Estate team at KW Vaca Valley. And today we're talking about relocating out of California, specifically relocating to Idaho where a lot of Californians have been moving for the past few years. And we actually have a class coming up that we wanted to let you know about so you could prepare for a potential move if you are thinking of relocating outside of California. Before we get to that, if you are looking for a home in the area, if you are looking to purchase a home, maybe moving to California, as a lot of our clients do, over to Travis Air Force Base, or if you're just looking to purchase a home in Fairfield, Vacaville, Dixon, Napa, Davis, Feel free to search our website using the Search All Homes link that will show you basically everything that a real estate agent can see in the mls. It's going to show you photos, interior and exterior, so walk scores little things about the neighborhood that we've kind of curated for you and you can request a showing. You can save properties, you can leave notes about specific properties and share those with family members and kind of collaborate a little bit. So it's a great way to look for homes without having to search other websites that send your information to multiple other real estate agents and sell your info to advertisers. If you're looking to find out what your home is worth in today's market, you can click the free home Value link and that will let you know a bit of a range of what your home could sell for. And if you want something more specific, maybe you're thinking about selling your home, you can always request that as well and that will let us know that you're looking for a more specific price that you could actually sell for in today's market. So thank you so much for joining us today. I just wanted to let you know and invite you to a relocation class that we have coming up with Dave Edwards. He is a real estate agent out of the KW Boise office. He was a longtime vacuole resident and he himself moved to Boise, Idaho and he wants to let you know everything there is to know about making that move. So if you wanted to learn about Boise specifically or the Treasure Valley area around Boise and know what to look for, the differences in quality of life in taxes, state tax and income tax, anything like that, he's here to answer all of your questions. So RSVP today. It is Tuesday, September 24th at 7pm here in our office. The link to register is right here, so click on that RSVP so that you can save your seat. And also feel free to reply to this email with any specific questions you have. We want this to be as interactive and as valuable for you as possible. Dave is a wealth of knowledge about the Boise area. He's been helping people relocate there from California as a big part of his business for the past few years. So he's going to come ready to answer questions. But we want to hear specifically from you. What is it that you would like to know? I know I personally have some friends that have recently relocated to the Boise area, so I'm sure I have more friends and more potential clients who are thinking of doing that as well. So we just wanted to bring you as much value as possible. Keep in mind that we are your real estate resource for anything related to buying a home, selling a home or investing. So whether that's here in California or outside, we have a wide network of real estate agents, top real estate agents that we work with and we love making sure that you have the right professional helping you make such a big change in your life. So RSVP if you're interested in Boise, Idaho and if you're not, feel free to shoot us a reply. Let us know what area you are considering. We'd love to do more of these classes and provide a ton of value for you and your friends or family members who are thinking of moving as well. Thanks again for joining us. Have a great day.
