So secret number one is that location is everything, although not the way that you might think. I used to say that location, location, location was the most important thing, meaning proximity to public transportation, proximity to grocery stores and jobs and all that stuff. Yes, it's true. But the demand for sober living is so high that I've even found in areas of the country where there isn't public transportation or there aren't services, there's still a high need for sober living homes.
