Today we're saying thank you to our veterans. Hey, it's Andrew Lam here, founder of the Andrew Lamb real estate team at KW Vaca Valley. And today we're just saying thank you to veterans. Thanks for all you do for us and for all you've sacrificed as you serve our country. We live so close to Travis Air Force Base, and we as a real estate team get a chance to serve a lot of military clients, people PCSing into Travis Air Force Base or who move away and are stationed elsewhere. In fact, I've had the privilege and the honor of working with some clients who actually moved from North Carolina to Travis Air Force Base. They bought a home here in Vacaville, a home that I listed. And then they thought they'd be here for four years. They got orders in two years instead, and they moved back to South Carolina, all the way across the country again. And we were able to get them above market value for their home and they made quite a bit of equity in those two years. So pretty cool experience. And we just love serving those who serve us. So thank you so much for your service. Both of my parents were Air Force, and that's actually how we ended up in California. Both of my parents are from the Midwest and the East Coast. So just thank you again for all you do and thank you mom and dad. Thank you everyone in my family who's served in the military, Matthew Jertson and even, you know, my wife's grandfather and, and our mca, our market center administrator here in our office at KW back of Valley, who's in the Air Force Reserves.
