And today we're talking about who to call and kind of how to prepare for your big move. Whether you're buying or selling a home in state, out of state, either way, we wanted to give you some great tips and a great service to call. Today we're talking with Jennifer from Quality Efficient Movers, based right here in Vacaville, California. Yeah, of course. And so a couple of questions we're getting from clients who are moving are things like who do we call? We always ask, do you have movers that we can contact? Yes, we have tried to contact a lot of different moving companies before without ever getting a call back. So that's the first hurdle. So wanted to let you all know, we do have a great company that will call back.
Yes, we are very diligent and responding quickly. We have a strong same day or 24 hour callback and we also have different methods that you can contact us and we will always respond.
So how can people best prepare for you guys to come out and move things?
What we like to do is do an estimate. We like to go to the location where you're moving. We like to see the things that you have, what you want to move, what you don't want to move. We also do debris removal and we like to see and get an idea of what's going to be the job and then we'll go from there.
Okay.
Yeah, so we do a free estimate.
Okay. So does this mean you can either move the boxes people have already packed or put them in your own boxes and pack it so you don't have to worry about all that?
We have a full packing service where we provide packing and unpacking services.
And you're fully insured, which is great.
Yes, we're fully licensed, fully insured.
So another question is what are your rates?
Well, we have flat rates. If you're doing just like a delivery or a one piece move, we have a flat rate. We also have a guaranteed price. This is for like military and senior citizens, you know, with like a discounted rate, a guaranteed price. For them or people who just want that guaranteed price. And then we also have competitive flat rate hourly rates.
Okay, awesome. And the last question is if someone is relocating for work or moving across country, like, do you guys go out of State?
Yes, we 100% do local and long distance moves.
Awesome. And you were telling me recently you guys went as far as Maine?
Yes, we went to Maine. We go to Oregon, Arizona, wherever.
Yeah. So really across country?
Yes, we accommodate our customers.
