Have you ever wondered how people become real estate investors? Having no experience, no time, no construction skills, and yet they still seem to be doing it and being pretty successful at it. I'm Andrew Lam and I help people create generational wealth through real estate. And I'm also a real estate investor. In my first time investing, I didn't have the skill, the time, the knowledge, so, so I partnered with somebody who was an investor already who had done over 200 flips and actually brought in some cash and brought the deal and we partnered on that, split everything, 50, 50. And he took his knowledge, his experience, his construction crew, all of his connections and we split that deal. And I made quite a bit of money without having to have a lot of time, without having to drop by and check on the project every day. And that's how I got started in real estate investing. So. So I'm actually teaching a class on this Tuesday, December 8, on how to be the bank and actually lend money and partner with investors so that you can get some deals under your feet and start investing in real estate without all the other things you think you might need. You don't have to pick finishes, you don't have to be involved in every aspect of the project. You vet the deal. We're going to teach you how to partner with the right person, how to make sure that they actually are somebody who's trustworthy, and how to ensure, you know, lower your risk in the process.
