So don't be alarmed by all of the different moisturizers for different skin types. What you need to know is what does my skin need at this time? If you're traveling a lot, if you're on a plane, if you're going to different climates, maybe it's going to be more humid, your skin type will change. If you're under a lot of stress, it will change. If you are going into menopause and going through some changes in your hormones, it will change. So basically I want you to be able to analyze your skin and know what it needs. You may not even need a moisturizer if you have a lot of oil in your skin naturally and you're normal to oily or if you're breaking out, you might just need a hydrating serum.
