A 40-person company has no dedicated data team. Instead, salespeople, the CRO, marketing and finance heads all do data work together, using analytics as a shared tool to run the business rather than keeping it siloed in one function.

Our company is around 40 people. We don't actually have a data team. It's kind of a shared responsibility. Among the whole 40-people team? The whole 40-people team, including like salespeople, the CRO, like the head of marketing, the head of finance, and so on. Ends up looking like a super collaborative workspace where kind of data analytics are our canvas for running the business as opposed to a specific function.
