Yes, AI is affecting jobs at the moment, but the main thing is to future-proof your career is more about being able to get on the wave and try to use AI and be more like power user of AI. Those people who use AI are the ones that get ahead the most. It doesn't necessarily matter that the jobs, all the roles will be affected to some extent. It can also help junior engineers put outputs out that are similar to seniors, so you can also make them essentially produce output at a senior quality and make them more versatile in different areas. And if there are any skills gaps they have, they can also AI to learn patterns they need a senior engineer to learn from. So it is kind of both an opportunity and a threat, I would say, at the same time. But it is just a technology. And I think the other thing as well is companies need to understand that for seniors, at some point they were juniors. So you can't, yeah, you can't just have seniors. You need to also develop the juniors and you need to also bring in juniors to like developing people's careers from junior to senior. But also for companies, it's cheaper to train juniors to become seniors than hiring seniors from outside because the seniors will demand higher salaries. It's also on the business side, it's a more logical decision to also not just necessarily drop all the junior roles and just focus on seniors.
