Angelina Yang asks how to optimize skill files for agents. The answer: treat them like employment contracts. Define explicit rules, expectations, and guidelines because agents won't know how to act without specific instructions.

Do you have any suggestions on how people can, you know, optimize their skill files to get the best results?
For me, it's kind of going in the direction in having that employer contract, so employee-employer contract. So you define certain rules by how you expect your new team member should interact and produce an outcome. And if you think about the same For the model, and usually if you have a Revver intern, you will give it more rules and more guidelines, and I would do the same with agents. I would not assume that they know everything. If you don't tell them how to do stuff you want it, they will not do it. So be as specific as possible.
